Me and my partner wanted to book the holiday of a lifetime to Bali. We had already chosen our hotel online but for some reason the website wouldn't let me book it. From the moment I called and spoke to Naina, she took control of the situation and guided me through the process of booking and paying for it via the website and made me feel confident that I was in safe hands. I asked about transfers and she quoted and added the cost on and was happy to answer questions about how it would be arranged. While we were on holiday I had a question, which she answered the next day. The support she provided to a previously nervous couple of travellers was invaluable and very much appreciated.
