I've been booking my flights with Southall Travel for over 20 years now, and they've always delivered great service. This time, I worked with Norman, and I have to say – he was absolutely brilliant. I had quite a few changes and back&forth with my travel plans, but ahndled well. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Norman & team.

Unsatisfactory

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received from Southall Travel regarding a trip I booked with them back in November. I informed them within the next couple of months that I would have to cancel. I paid £1000 deposit and did not get a penny back for it they were very unprofessional when I asked them to help me out in someway for me to use the deposit on another flight but they were asking for a ridiculous amount of money on top. I chose this company based on their reputation for excellent customer service and well-planned itenary. I suggest you handle complaints from customers better and offer appropriate solutions! Overall my experience with Southall travel was highly unsatisfactory I expected a much higher level of service given the reputation and price point of your Agency.

I like to deal with Southall travel mainly because of Ruchika. As always she finds us a great deal. Her vast experience and knowledge in the travel industry benefits us a lot . Such poor customer service we received…

Such poor customer service we received from last few years. They charged so much when we changed ticket in January even though it was not busy time. We have always used this travel agent since we moved to uk but their service is becoming more poor and their agents are very rude and talk with so much attitude. After many calls I am still waiting for them to call to rebook the cancelled flight and if I call to find out how long will it be, they get so annoyed at us saying we have to wait. First of all they didn’t even inform about the cancelled flight, we checked online status and we found out that the flight got cancelled. We called them for an update on that then they told us that other team will call to rebook the ticket but it still didn’t happen and I have been waiting since morning. I don’t normally do reviews but I had so bad experience recently with these people.

I recently brought tickets from a company called them selves southall travel to book a ticket for Dubai this summer i contact the emirates airlines they said southall travel never booked any tickets on your name they sent me false itinerary.Please avoid this company if you want save your money they. Thee are completely scaming people they took £6200 for 8 tickets to dubai.dont go near this southall travel.

It was a great experience as we travel every year to visit families. I always prefer to choose Southall Travel for my bookings. Anish was very helpful too in understanding our requirements for the journey and did a superb service to reduce the waiting time between the flights. Thanks.

UNRELIABLE

I made a booking enquiry today with Southall Travel and was given thew price for a round trip fare to Bangkok with Eva Airways. I was told I would receive an email with the itinery and that the reservation would be held until 4pm the following day for payment. I never received the email and when I called back I was told the fare had been increased by over £50 and did I still want to book. After politely telling the agent that I did not wish to deal ever again with Southall Travel she put the phone down.

I booked a BA flight through Southall…

I booked a BA flight through Southall Travel which was cancelled by BA. Southall Travel agreed I should be refunded and kept saying that BA hadn’t refunded them which I don’t believe as BA refunded me in two days for seat upgrades I had paid directly to the airline. Southall Travel hung me out for exactly 30 working days despite many phone calls and even after they admitted they had received the refund still took a week and half to get the money back to me. I have used them many times to book flights to India on business over the years but after this experience NEVER AGAIN. They were really unhelpful on the phone and at times verging on pretty rude and patronising. Emails they sent more polite. I read on Google that their CEO has a personal fortune of £298,000,000 and that they are opening offices in Mayfair - in which case their service should be much better. Probably not paying their workers properly I wonder? Hmmmmmm I will book direct with airlines in future
