Highly recommend snap for your car rental needs in Queenstown. From a convenient, no fuss pickup at the airport, to the very easy check in! I made a change to the car once arriving and it was sorted promptly and with a good discount also. Very clean well maintained car. Easy and stress free return and a courtesy shuttle back to the airport also.

Friendly staff and airport pick up. Fuel was not completely full which i didnt notice until on the road i was too busy keeping a note of all the scratches and dents so i wont get accidentally held accountable for it (lone traveller) but I filled up so not to be charged additi9nal fee apart from.this no issues all was smooth. One think credit card os not required initially I thought was compulsory as per the website but was not asked though I went extra length to get one.

I got a call on 19 June from the call Centre team snap rental the person who called me accused me of lying and I did not pay for the rental and I have a outstanding amount for two days I need to pay and I need to drive down to Auckland Airport to speak to The customer service team there she couldn't put the phone call through accused me of not paying for the rental when I can see my transactions going out on my card very rude made me upset made me late for my gig that I had to go to very disappointed with the customer service She wouldn't even give me the phone number or transferred me to the Auckland Airport team she told me to drive down I will never get rental from you guys again because of her

Our Rental was great! The service from your people terrific. You let us down with the insurance of the vehicle going through a third party. Not right that we had to pay for insurance on the vehicle twice because - the people you book through don't pass on the insurance we paid to you!. A load of tosh and an absolute rip off!! We have had no success getting a refund of the insurance through your intermediatary. This should be made clear on booking that we only need to pay insurance on pick up of the vehicle. Very disgruntled at this practice.
Would be 5 starting however finding the shuttle pick up was very confusing. Besides that absolutely amazing service and vehicle Highly reccomend
