Our experience with Auckland was extremely disappointing and in fact a very poor customer experience . There are a number of emails which Amy has recieved and this has been escalated to her manager . I would appreciate a call 021990123 as I am apart of the travel industry and this would put any customer off from ever using snap -

Great customer service, Nice and clean, brand new vichicle makes our trip easy and pleasant. There was deposit 2grant. If you don't have enough budget.. that might be only problem you would have.

Great service, swift easy pickup. The only slight negative is no shuttle to the airport before 8am, not great if you have an early morning flight.

Process was easy for pick up and drop off and car was perfect for the entire trip! Recommend and will use again.

Great friendly and efficient staff. Car collection and drop-off was excellent in terms of timing and service. Only bummer was airport pickup. The snap pickup app was not working + 25 minutes of phone waiting, waiting resulted in a 50-minute wait for shuttle bus in the cold and rain. I just put that down to bad luck. Would use snap again.

The shuttle service was awesome as we didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes to pick us up from Queensland airport to pick up our car rental and also when dropping off the car back, we staright away got on the shuttle to catch our flight. The ride experience with the Mitsubishi Outlander was also comfortable and very smooth. I highly recommend Snap rentals to rent a car for a holiday.
