It was great from start to finish everything was smooth. Only downside was we booked the Outlander new version as per your website image but we received the old version. Vehicle had no issues but we wish we had the newer version as we saw when booking.
Awesome company to rent from. I called the customer service line the day I needed a vehicle and they were able to accomdate one for me very last minute! And they have no hidden costs!

The employee that helped me check in did not seem to happy. He was not very welcoming and the atmosphere wasn't not good. I booked a Toyota Corolla for our trip. The cars window wipers were not good in the rain. It kept smudging and could not see anything. From time to time the car shook when we brake. I will use snap again but they really need to bump up the attitude and make sure all there cars are well looked after.
Slow pickup from Chch airport. Waited for approx 20mins in rainy weather. However rest of service was good. Also, we are loyal corporate customers and often rent more than 1 vehicle when required. We would like to open a corporate account with you. Kind regards Lis Sharp

Pick up and drop off were super easy. Service was friendly and the car itself was in very good condition. All car rental experiences should be like this.
The whole experience was superb. Pick up was very easy, our car was just as expected and the clerk was friendly and helpful. After-hours drop off was even easier and I received a confirmation receipt the next day. The best part, it was just over NZ$ 100 for four days! I don't know how/if that might differ in high season (we visited in the fall) but even if it were more, I'd rent from Snap again.
