I got a call on 19 June from the call Centre team snap rental the person who called me accused me of lying and I did not pay for the rental and I have a outstanding amount for two days I need to pay and I need to drive down to Auckland Airport to speak to The customer service team there she couldn't put the phone call through accused me of not paying for the rental when I can see my transactions going out on my card very rude made me upset made me late for my gig that I had to go to very disappointed with the customer service She wouldn't even give me the phone number or transferred me to the Auckland Airport team she told me to drive down I will never get rental from you guys again because of her
