Snap made renting a car super easy for pick up & drop off, providing a shuttle service to & from the airport was excellent. The car I had was fantastic and made my stay away just that much better. The staff were super friendly and really helpful. Will definitely be using these guys again, can’t recommend enough.

Snap Rentals - I would give them 100 Stars if I could. The service was amazing from booking online to the car being so absolutely perfect!!! So perfect that we went to buy the same make & model 😁 it drove so beautifully. We needed the car as ours had a michanical issue, we took it on a trip for sports - it was perfect but we needed to extend as we stayed away extra nights. Snap were so patient & great customer service. So so so grateful!!!!

Arrived at their pickup point without having contacted them. As they were there dropping off another couple it was no problem to them to load our bags in the van and take us to the office. The office person was also very efficient, friendly and extremely helpful. Put the back seat down for us, put the bags in the car and mentioned they had already taken photos of any scratches but we also needed to do the same. On delivering the car back, once again the staff were helpful and friendly. Renting the car was also great value for money. A good reliable car to travel around NZ. Perfect size for the two of us and two suitcases. Would recommend them and also would use them again.

Friendly staff, had to change drop of time while i was renting and was no problem and all. Only thing i would mention is relatively expensive insurance

Fantastic service right from booking online, checking in online to in person at pick up and drop off in person and shuttle service. Loved the option of being able to select full service, gave me peace of mind whilst I was driving. Will definitely be using SNAP again. Budget friendly :)

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the convenient transportation from the airport to the rental location. However, the car itself was a major letdown. It had a very strong, unpleasant odor that made the ride uncomfortable from the start. The smell seemed embedded in the seats and lingered throughout the entire rental period. It really affected the overall experience, and I expected better maintenance and cleanliness from a professional rental service

I’ve used Snap Car Rental several times, and since getting to know them, I haven’t gone with any other company. Their cars are always in great condition, and the staff consistently provide excellent service. The entire process from booking to returning the car is smooth and hassle free. I highly recommend Snap Car Rental for anyone looking for reliability and convenience.
