Staff were friendly and helpful every step of the way, on the phone and in person. It was easy to get to the pick up location via the Snap shuttle from airport.

The staff was super friendly! Rental prices were great along with the car being in the most amazing condition!! I would book with Snap Rentals a million more times!! The age limit worked great for me and my friend and even when I called to double check with them, they were very responsive!

Shuttle service and professionalism of the staff.

The Wellington Snap staffs were very professional and helpful. I initially went to the wrong spot for the shuttle pickup, but the front desk called my mobile and guided me to the correct location. The gentleman assisting me even helped load my luggage into the rental car. Super friendly and accommodating service. Also, the car was clean and good in shape and quality.

Snap offers great price options, the customer service at the Airport location was really good - everyone was helpful and polite. My flight was delayed and almost outside their office hours however the team were really accomodating
