Check in experience was great. Awesome customer service, staff were friendly and polite. The shuttle driver that picked us up from the airport was awesome, and very funny. He kept us informed through out our small journey. However, check out experience on 22nd June was terrible, staff barely said a word, not even a smile on their faces. They looked very grumpy, and when asking them a question all we got was a ‘WHAT’. Seemed more interested to be on her mobile phone. The car that we received was fantastic, and the price was definitely reasonable. We will most definitely hire from Snap Rentals again in the future.

Snap rental are very accommodating especially due to our delayed flight time, we reached the collection after 8pm, however snap will still assigned their partner to release our cars.

My experience from the time I walked into their office to pick up the car I hired was immaculate I was greeted with a big smile, such enthusiastic customer service. Went through Terms & conditions like a breeze, got the keys handed over in a jiffy and I was on my way but what made my experience ultra amazing was that I hired a older year of the car I wanted but Snap Rentals went above and beyond and gave me the latest 2024 model to use instead. Nice clean and beautiful to drive. Returning the vehicle was also easy peasy. Will definitely be using snap rentals for future hire. Many thanks to the Auckland airport branch.

I found SNAP real easy to deal with. Good value for money. The vehicle exceeded my expectations. The only minor experience was that there were no floor mats in the vehicle which required me to constantly vacuum over the 14day hire, apart from that, all was excellent.
