Get your act together!
Our Rental was great! The service from your people terrific. You let us down with the insurance of the vehicle going through a third party. Not right that we had to pay for insurance on the vehicle twice because - the people you book through don't pass on the insurance we paid to you!. A load of tosh and an absolute rip off!! We have had no success getting a refund of the insurance through your intermediatary. This should be made clear on booking that we only need to pay insurance on pick up of the vehicle. Very disgruntled at this practice.
