Bike was supposed to be fully serviced…

Bike was supposed to be fully serviced whike i was out of town. Never serviced til i returned and waiting for 2 hours. Then tried to charge me labor of 45.00 for maintenance that was never agreed to or informed of any labor costs involved. I lost over 300.00 due to missed appointments due to this poor service.

I got into a accident on one of your bikes recently and i dont like how there is no insurance coverage for people when they get into a colision. With another bike ,cost me $80 i mean whats a deposit for i should have at least paaid no more than $30 ,but it is what it is im alive and the other person is alive,

Not really transparent pricing.

Not really transparent pricing. Nothing about extra charges such as deposit and extra money in case of theft of bike (not insurance) mentioned on their website only found out about these charges when I visited store to pick up my bike. Also prices mentioned on website are not as the ones they tell you instore. Last thing, they said they do not offer RTO on Zoomo Zero which on the contrary website offers RTO or out right buying option on every bike. In the end had to cancel my pick and a wasted journey.

Excelente services

Excelente services, seen an add on Facebook and within a hour I had picked my bike, bag and helmet up. Extremely lovely staff also. Definitely reccomend.

buying a zoomo = application for a job as a crash test dummy

Hi I’ve been trying to contact the mechanic shop for the past 2 weeks at this point. I had a appointment but I couldn’t make it because I was stuck at work. And there’s no open appointments for the next few weeks. Imma just have to return the bike at this point. The bike cuts off in the middle of the ride and most of the time it’s in traffic. Most recently the front wheel has been completely locking up mad me flip the handlebar this morning. Seems like as long as you guys get your money at the end of the week nothing else really matters. This service is horrible, and even with that I emailed them to let them know about the issues and I asked if I can exchange the bike I have to a better quality bike that won’t make me get hit by a car in the middle of the street, they danced around every question I had and then ended the conversation without answering a thing. If I could post pictures I would show y’all the result after this morning. DON’T DO IT. NOTHING MORE THAN A SCAM.🙅🏿‍♂️🙅🏿‍♂️🙅🏿‍♂️ Not to mention their using people info to leave fake reviews. I never used this site in my life and I started getting emails from them. When I went to check out what review I kept getting notifications about, I came and saw all my info already here, my address, my phone number, and email address. The only review that was under my name was for zoomo with me saying that the staff was helpful and nice. Needless to say I amended that post haste. Just a all around come up for the owners. Because there is clearly some type of Tom foolery going on with these people. Now they trying to bill me again after I been trying to return this hunk of junk for the past two weeks. Y’all not getting another red cent from me.

Great... but...

The process was easy and the staff were ready and willing to answer any questions that I have. My only grip is that after I gave a good ride from my substription the saddle just wasn't right and gave me a bad saddle sore. I would suggest if they provided multiple options for the saddle would be great. Other than that the eBike worked as marketed.

Inflexible bicycle return policy

Shop staff said that i would have to pay another week of rental fees when i was looking to return the bike one day early. Even car rentals are not that strict and inflexible with their returns. I understand that different businesses have different policies but this policy in particular, never again rent from zoomo. Staff seemed more interested with flirting with other female customers than helping me with my issue too. Very unprofessional.

Got my bike on a Friday by Monday I was back!

I got my bike on Friday by Sunday the screen wasn’t wasn’t turning on with the key fob provided. On Monday I went to the midtown location and was told to take the bike to the original location I got it from but after I expressed that I couldn’t push an extremely heavily bike from 52nd street to Chinatown I has a nice enough gentleman look at it and resolve the issue in 20min. So my disdain comes from me having issues not even a week in and getting push back from the employees when asking them to resolve a simplistic issues that clearly was not my error but a system failure. Let hope I don’t have any more issues and the next time they see me is for the monthly bike maintenance or when I return the bike.

Great

Everything went well. The staff did a great job at explaining and demonstrating the bike. And doing the paperwork. The only thing is that they took a lot of time. I should've been out of there in 30 mins. But it was about 1 hour 30 mins. There was only one worker doing the paperwork which was why it took so long. Other than that everything was good.

My experience at the midtown location was phenomenal !!!! The representative Zoe was exceptional at her job and took care of everything I needed. I would recommend everyone I know to this company and to Zoe with no doubts. Thank you so much for my new E-Bike !
