Service at shop was welcoming, respectful and considerate. The bike is amazing and was handed over with great instructions/induction and advice. Getting a Zoomo was a big decision for me and I am 100% happy with that decision.

Not very clear about the fees, not clear about the availability of vehicles
Very hard to find someone that can actually help
Battery died midway everyday on full battery, almost got into so many accidents. Bike light doesn’t work. I am charged the wrong subscription, I am not an Uber driver. I never wanted unlimited range. Your stores do not pick up calls and when they do they sound annoyed and tell you to come in to discuss problems. I feel robbed.

Its a great bike, people always compliment me on it, and i personally think it dont look that good lol, but anyways its a very simple to use and strong bike, it can resist pressure but to certain degree unlike other ebikes i experimented with in the past.
it's good experience with zoomo, I recommend you provide fast Scheduling times for Repairs and more sleek e bike rentals.
Rented bike is old. Service is worse. For this bike paying total $69.41 weekly not worth it.
Everything been good jus recharging the battery I keep having problems
I got the bike for two weeks free with DoorDash. The first problem I had with the bike, two days after I received it on a Saturday woke up to see the rear tire low. I received the bike with a faulty rear inner tube. Lost 3 days of working with it. Took it on Monday morning morning got it back late in the afternoon. Second problem was the crank wasn't tight enough and starting making the squeaky sound. Instead of going back to your mechanics and loose another day. I took it to my neighborhood bike shop they tighten it up. This was zoomo in Los Angeles, Ca.
