Easy to arrange. Reasonable priced ebike hire. Would use again.

Zoom is always looking for benefits for its riders. Even some weeks in the year free of rent (to take advantage of the holidays for instance). And always modern bikes. Really happy with the service.

Usually zoomo service used to be amazing specially Louis , since there is 2 young guys working there who carries full of attitude and I experienced that those guys doesn’t have extensive experience towards customer service, therefore I feel they are ruining their own business . I had very poor experience.Lastly, I would say zoomo should work on customer service.

Not reliable

Zoomo bikes are so easy to ride anywhere: demolishing long distance and steep hills. Also, critically, the disc breaks really pull you up quickly when you need to stop.

The service is average.

They charge a first time fee of 50£ , and then if you rent again is a second time fee . I just about ripping of customers !

I left my bike for repair because it has a problem with the electric motor since I bought it, they didn’t fix it and they said that maybe I need to pay an extra for a new motor. Additionally, I need to do a 3th appointment for checking, the last guy told me that he tried for an hour without problems and after I took again in an hour it fails for me.

Up till now (21 Dec 2020) I have only had excellent things to say about the Sydney CBD Zoomo (Bolt) Team. Their roadside assistance on weekends is a lifesaver. I had to change my flat tyre 3 times in 3 weeks and no questions asked, they just changed it for free. Once when I brought my MTB with a flat tyre, they gave me a new bike as a replacement just so that I didn't have to wait at the shop. Well, the usual faces I see in CBD shop is Chris and Leo, both awesome guys. I wish they were open till 6 or 7 pm on weekdays. Even though Zoomo Parramatta is closer, I travel 1 hour to the CBD store to get my bike repaired/maintained.

The service have been really good, the staff from the store in Brisbane have been kind with me.. In other words good attention to the customers. The women bicycle works good but I think its design its unconfortable, and its so heavy, its no good for the back.
