Great experience renting bike for 5 months in LA

Rented a bike for 5 months in LA and it was great. The value is amazing $20/week, service is great. It’s the best deal in town. I had it serviced once cause I blew up a tire with over inflating and they fixed it with new tire, tuned it, changed the brakes and the whole works for $20. The staff is super nice & helpful. They are real people doing their best. I used the bike all over LA. Didn’t rent a car, just used the bike. I would highly recommend this. I was on the west side and was able to do everything i needed covering palisades, SM, Venice, MDR, west LA, Beverly Hills, century city, Westwood. LA is getting more bike friendly and google maps uses the bike friendly routes when you set it on bike. Great experience. Would definitely do it again & use Zoomo again for sure. All the couriers use them & I understand why now. Great value, service, and ease.

Cycle Quality & Service: Not Great (Battery gets disconnected very often on the road, unfortunately the mechanics gave a try 2 times and couldn't fix it.). Also, when I got a flat tire I was told that the mechanic is not available next day, hence I have to wait one more day to get fixed) Price: Excellent (Gave me 2 weeks free deal) Ride Experience: Good (Riding is smooth and comfort)

5-Star E-Bike Shop in Sydney

Good service, many options of bikes available in the store ranging from a cheaper weekly rent to a higher one—even then highest rent service is still affordable. Good customer service, and the store is clean too. Highly recommend to those looking for a bike, either to rent or purchase it, as the bike to me is faster and the battery lasts long. So there is no regret to buy/rent it.

I used zoomo zero electric bikes to…

I used zoomo zero electric bikes to deliver food. It's way overpriced to all the things it doesn't do. It has only 3 speeds, and the chain falls off way too often. It's also tricky to put the chain back if it falls off both cogs. The battery is not great. The geometry is a nightmare, the handlebars are at a bad angle that kill my wrists at 30+hrs/week use. This could all be forgiven if the bike would cost only half this much, but all the zoomo bikes give funny error codes. It's impossible to research their meanings. The motor is unreliable. Especially in mildly hot weather(~27 celsius) it often shut the motor off uphill, sometimes even on straight. I've had less trouble with horrible ebikes, and I even got one from Argos once for £500...

I rented a bike despite the prices are…

I rented a bike despite the prices are so expensive from them because I needed to much for my delivery job. It's been 2.5 month and decided to bring it back for returning. They asked me about appointment for returning. I didn't know I had to return it before 1 week notice. And they said they had to cut of my half of deposit because of it. And no one told me this return policy. I already paid nonrefundable £50 for starter fee. I paid for insurance for £7 every week. I was paying £60 for weekly rent. And now they cut off £50 more of my deposit. This is a robbery. I didn't know your their return policy and their zoomo staffs didn't say anything about it when I rented the bike two and half month before. They will already rent this bike that I brought to them immediately. People are in queue to rent the bike. So they don't lose any money for this but I lose money. It is unacceptable. All my rider colleagues who is working for Uber and deliveroo asked me about my zoomo experience. Now I never recommend the zoomo to them. Location: Zoomo UK, located in Bethnal Green

Exceptional service from Zoomo -Sydney Central

I purchased my first e-bike from Zoomo - Sydney Central a couple of weeks ago. It was a nicely refurbished Smartmotion. Excellent after sales service to fix a few little issues is what truly defines a great place to go for your next e-bike. Thanks guys!

Buying a secondhand e-bike

I found the guys in the Australia Melbourne shop very friendly & helpful. I would have given top reviews if it weren't for the the poor 35 point inspection & refurb that they advertised they do befor selling seconde hand bikes , I.e the sydney branch . Also I was under the impression that zoomo only sold zoomo bike brand & for that reason parts & services are easy for them to do? But they actually sell two brands & the other they dont have parts for as they are hard to source. Anyway all & all it was a good experience & I like the bike I bought as a gift for my sister , thanks Zoomo.p.s I would still recommend this company.
