Got my bike on a Friday by Monday I was back!
I got my bike on Friday by Sunday the screen wasn’t wasn’t turning on with the key fob provided. On Monday I went to the midtown location and was told to take the bike to the original location I got it from but after I expressed that I couldn’t push an extremely heavily bike from 52nd street to Chinatown I has a nice enough gentleman look at it and resolve the issue in 20min. So my disdain comes from me having issues not even a week in and getting push back from the employees when asking them to resolve a simplistic issues that clearly was not my error but a system failure. Let hope I don’t have any more issues and the next time they see me is for the monthly bike maintenance or when I return the bike.
