You did very bad guys I was cheated into buying a used bike that ended up costing me way more than I agreed for. I talked to this guy by the name of Umberto who works at San Francisco Zoomo Shop about buying the bike instead of renting it so he said to me that there was a good buying plan of $1,200 for use bikes which sounded nice to me so I went for it. What he didn't do was to explained me carefully all the details of the plan so I ended up paying $1,548 for a use bike that has many broken parts. For example the throttle is broken, the front light doesn't work, the handle grips are all tear up, the frame is all scratched up, the tires are ver worn out and the back rim is bent. I feel So disappointed I would never in the world recommend this company to anybody.👎👎👎👎👎

Zoomo is the best E-bike ever compared to others E-bikes that I drove before. The easy pedaling assistance is awesome when it comes to battery usage, fast charging,... I mean everywhere I go people tells me “ nice bike “ it motivates me to take care of my ZOOMO and enjoy my daily commutes.
I had an incident that happened that wasn't my fault and I still haven't gotten my 50 dollars yet.

Easy to hire and great bike!
Besides having to go back 3 times to get a properly working bike. These bikes drain pretty fast. The batteries themselves you won't get more then 10-12 miles tops.
The staff was very courteous and professional, and glad to hear my specific questions and provide clear answers. I only just got the Ebike, so I cannot offer an opinion on that judt yet
I am impressed with the e -bike. I am really satisfied with the performance it’s amazing, as for the service I thought the service was incredible, the Los Angeles branch zoomo have wonderful customer service. Guaranteed .
The workers were really nice. They set me up with a new bike with all the works needed to start with making deliveries. They put me on a list to receive a delivery bag when they get more in shipment. All in all, the set up and experience went really smoothly. I'm loving the bike so far.
They are more than great I would write something long but I am lazy.

Was given a bike didn’t know that they were not new so basically a mid condition bike according to a mechanic. Bike battery went dead with in a hour when the description said 6-9. Not many available options were open so I settled for less with a magnum pathfinder. Charge the battery over night and referdless I died quickly the chain kept popping off as well so it’s not towards zoomo as a company it’s the bikes
Well the only negative thing I have to say about my wonderful experience with this company is that they asked which location and the location I got mine from isn't on here but the person that was helping me I forgot his name but he did a great job taking his time explaining the different things about my new bike he didn't make me feel small because I didn't know about all this up-to-date stuff and I left the Zoomo store in San Francisco with a big smile on my face knowing that when I wake up in the morning I'll still know how to work my new bike and also I can see I'm the owner of an up-to-date technology item besides my cell phone so thank you thank you thank you
Guys at shop are all-stars, friendly and make the process easy to rent a bike painless. Bike was new and clean. Bike it self nice, but just seem like it missing couple gears to make it a All-Star.
