Disappointing quality and customer service

At first glance, Pure Electric seemed like a great product—shiny and well-built when it arrived. However, the quality simply does not last. I’ve had mine for less than 16 months, used it fewer than 10 times (I don’t use it for commuting), and it has already stopped working and won’t charge. Reaching their customer service is even worse. After waiting nearly two months for responses, all they did was asking for more money rather than offering any real solution or proper support. For a premium price, you expect reliability and decent after-sales service—unfortunately, I got neither. Disappointed and would not recommend.

Excellent company

Ordered my husband and my self a pro 4 max electric scooter. Orders it on the Friday. Excellent communication all the way through it being sent out to us. Delivery exceptional. Arrived next day. Well done Pure Electric. Very impressed. Scooters are wicked, def recommend!!! 5 star all the way.

Outstanding customer service

I contacted Pure about a scooter which needed fixing with no details about the purchase during a very difficult time following a bereavement. Customer services could not have been more efficient or kinder. The scooter has been successfully collected, repaired and returned. The team were extremely nice and easy to deal with.

Has to be the worst company I’ve dealt…

Has to be the worst company I’ve dealt with,we’ve had 3 pure air 4’s that always get the same fault and this being since Christmas!!! Sent back for repair and returned in worse condition that it left with. I would recommended going with Segway instead

very poor aftersales support

Bought a pure air 4. When it developed a fault, Pure electric made the whole process very difficult. They offered me refurbished and lower specs replacements and ignored my request to refund or credit so I can purchase another one of the same standard. Their lack of accountability and dismissive attitude was very frustrating.

Please don’t buy from the company I’ve got a scooter from the them that has technical faults and now the refusing to collect and fix saying thay need more information on how I ordered it when her dad got her it for a Christmas present so now it can’t be fixed

No Customer Service at all as people have said in their reviews! They sent me a pump which was faulty and I have been trying to contact them to resolve the issue and I have not had any response. Avoid buying from here!

Wrong Scooter colour received...!

** Update 10/4/25 ** 10 days after submitting my complaint, I've still had zero contact from Pure Electric. No response, nothing! ** Update 5/4/25 ** I've had no response or communication from Pure Electric. I have also submitted a request on their website contact form. *** Original 1/4/25 *** This in no April fools..! I did my research and chose Pure Electric... I opted for a black scooter with brown handles and brown deck as it looked different from the norm - but not too 'off piste'. Unfortunately I received an all black scooter with black handles and black deck ....! I reviewed the website page and the photos thinking that I'd made a mistake... no.. the images clearly show black with brown... Come on Pure Electric.. you're better than this..!! Very very disappointed.. As a first time customer - I really wanted the brown deck and handles..! What the next steps to get this resolved?

Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service!. Purchased an air 3 Christmas 23 and over a year period had to send it back to be fixed 3 times, most recently in feb this year. Scooter was collected and sent off to be fixed 5/2/25 since then I’ve sent multiple emails, written in the live chat to be ignored! I still don’t have my scooter or even know where it is or if I’m ever going to get it back. No number to call and no correspondence back at all…. Terrible!!! Update 12/4/25…. Still no update pure seems to have replied to other trust pilot reviews but still ignoring mine… still no idea where my scooter is or if I’ll get it back avoid avoid avoid

I bought a air 4 Pro lasted 9 weeks…

I bought a air 4 Pro lasted 9 weeks then turned its self off. Sent it off to be repaired got it back working but scratched to death reflector missing and the other one smashed can't get hold of no 1 to complain you email and wait days for a reply absolutely fuming £579 wasted.

DO NOT BUY!!! SCAMMERS!!

I ordered the Air 4 Pro Scooter, when it arrived the box was teared and unsealed so already that was a concern as no electronic device should be delivered in that state. Upon opening, just to find that the tyres shown obvious signs of use, with them being worn out and scratched. I emailed them with my concerns and got a response from Manpreet who had justified the box with it being the delivery and insisted that the wheels were just dusty and that its from the box, but anyone with logic knows that a wheel cannot get scratched and have wear and tear by a delivery box... I then asked for a refund and it to be collected as i no longer want this product as its not what i paid for (on website it clearly states NEVER BEEN USED) After filling out a return form i had been sent, i have not received any repose since regarding an update on the status of my return and it has been over 3 Weeks. I am very unhappy with the Customer Service received and would NOT recommend anyone to buy from these scammers!! Would have never expected this from such a big company like this.
