Disappointing quality and customer service

At first glance, Pure Electric seemed like a great product—shiny and well-built when it arrived. However, the quality simply does not last. I’ve had mine for less than 16 months, used it fewer than 10 times (I don’t use it for commuting), and it has already stopped working and won’t charge. Reaching their customer service is even worse. After waiting nearly two months for responses, all they did was asking for more money rather than offering any real solution or proper support. For a premium price, you expect reliability and decent after-sales service—unfortunately, I got neither. Disappointed and would not recommend.

Excellent company

Ordered my husband and my self a pro 4 max electric scooter. Orders it on the Friday. Excellent communication all the way through it being sent out to us. Delivery exceptional. Arrived next day. Well done Pure Electric. Very impressed. Scooters are wicked, def recommend!!! 5 star all the way.

Outstanding customer service

I contacted Pure about a scooter which needed fixing with no details about the purchase during a very difficult time following a bereavement. Customer services could not have been more efficient or kinder. The scooter has been successfully collected, repaired and returned. The team were extremely nice and easy to deal with.

Put a deposit down first week in…

Put a deposit down first week in February for the new model available in March no correspondence this now April , contacted them ask when release date . Told to ask for my deposit back and pay in full so basically back of the queue and complete waste of time waiting on new model .

The help desk was really helpful

The help desk was really helpful, as their response was awesome, but the engineering work sucks. How can they fix my scooter and forget to connect the headlight and moreover I began to notice weird sound on the rear tyres.

Pure the company itself is good

Pure the company itself is good. Clear communication from pre ordering through to delivery. But support not quite so good. Have a pure advance and issues with it. Pretty much fobbed off and said its all to do with firmware updates. Rattles and wobbles are not fixable by this. Although a great product I belive it could be improved through customer feedback and better support.

Overcharged me and the video makes out…

Overcharged me and the video makes out changing the inner tune is far easier than it is. Halfords will sell you the same inner tube for half the price and will even repair it for you for little more than pure charge for just sending you a piece of rubber

Still to slow on inclines no different to original

Power needs more torque!! It's not acceptable to lose half your speed on the smallest hill. The vehicles you can hire "voi" in bristol go the same speed on the flat or uphill. I'm 75kg and find it dangerous to be in traffic at 8mph up park street
