Terrible customer service!
Terrible customer service!. Purchased an air 3 Christmas 23 and over a year period had to send it back to be fixed 3 times, most recently in feb this year. Scooter was collected and sent off to be fixed 5/2/25 since then I’ve sent multiple emails, written in the live chat to be ignored! I still don’t have my scooter or even know where it is or if I’m ever going to get it back. No number to call and no correspondence back at all…. Terrible!!! Update 12/4/25…. Still no update pure seems to have replied to other trust pilot reviews but still ignoring mine… still no idea where my scooter is or if I’ll get it back avoid avoid avoid
