Disappointing quality and customer service

At first glance, Pure Electric seemed like a great product—shiny and well-built when it arrived. However, the quality simply does not last. I’ve had mine for less than 16 months, used it fewer than 10 times (I don’t use it for commuting), and it has already stopped working and won’t charge. Reaching their customer service is even worse. After waiting nearly two months for responses, all they did was asking for more money rather than offering any real solution or proper support. For a premium price, you expect reliability and decent after-sales service—unfortunately, I got neither. Disappointed and would not recommend.

Excellent company

Ordered my husband and my self a pro 4 max electric scooter. Orders it on the Friday. Excellent communication all the way through it being sent out to us. Delivery exceptional. Arrived next day. Well done Pure Electric. Very impressed. Scooters are wicked, def recommend!!! 5 star all the way.

Outstanding customer service

I contacted Pure about a scooter which needed fixing with no details about the purchase during a very difficult time following a bereavement. Customer services could not have been more efficient or kinder. The scooter has been successfully collected, repaired and returned. The team were extremely nice and easy to deal with.

I have had a email from Manpreet saying…

I have had a email from Manpreet saying it's not acceptable so been given a RMA code took it to Currys to be told I car t use it I would like pure to understand this is enough stress I have had with the danger and the scooter to be broken now being told this when I go to store can pure take all this into consideration please and just send me a new scooter out as I carnt take no more it hard work and very stressful for me it's been week/month now this should be a opinion to upgrade my scooter because all I seem to get with this scoyis problems after problems stressing about it daily and it's taken a impact on my health

ZERO customer service AVOID

Just purchased a Pure scooter, arrived in a non sealed box, charged it and then an error code so arrived faulty. You cannot call anyone ZERO SUPPORT ! For an electrical product and such an expensive item I can’t believe there is no live support. Will be claiming a refund via my credit card which I luckily purchased it via. AVOID !!!

No customer service at all.

Avoid This Company – Terrible Customer Service I purchased two scooters from this company and have been facing issues with both. I’ve been trying to reach their customer service for over a month—no response to emails, their chatbot is useless, and they don’t answer the phone. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend money on a product and receive no support when things go wrong. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this company. A business that ignores its customers after taking their money is not worth your time or trust. Edit: Week later still no response from them even when I've supplied them with additional informations. Absolutely disgusting behaviour

Since I paid nearly £650 for the air 3…

Since I paid nearly £650 for the air 3 pro plus I find the lack of communication very appalling. I would NOT recommend anyone buying from these people. My scooter came, I fully charged it how they said too. Ran it out of battery within 6 miles. It should do almost triple that. Sent it back... lack of emails on "customer service" come across like they don't actually give two monkeys. They said they tested it, charging cable, battery so on... apparently a faulty charger. So I mentioned it only done 6 miles out of a full charge. Not one reply about that. So I now feel like I'm stuck with a faulty scooter even with 6 month warrenty. They really need to sort this out because I will go to small claims. Anyway.... I would NOT recommend anyone buying from these people"professionals" absolute shambles Update**** finally received an email back from someone who did actually help me! Manpreet I think his name was. So basically took the scooter back and done their checks and came back as a faulty charger... scooter was delivered back. manpreet made it very clear that if I wanted a new scooter he would make that happen. And even gave me the next model up. And quickly had the old one picked up and new one delivered to me within two days. I don't know if it's because of the review I left that I got so much help afterwards but like I say manpreet helped me a lot and made it happen so regardless I'm happier the problem was sorted. ✔️ that's why I've added three stars instead of the original 1 ⭐

Returned item for repair and took 6 weeks of broken promises until they eventually sent a replacement. Very poor communication throughout.

I recently purchased a new scooter from…

I recently purchased a new scooter from this company, and my experience has been incredibly frustrating. Within just two weeks, the scooter broke down, which was disappointing enough. However, the real trouble started when I tried to get support. I received a box for the return, but it’s been over a week, and they still haven't collected the scooter. I’ve sent multiple emails seeking assistance, but I've received no response. The lack of communication and support has made this experience very unsatisfactory. I hope to see improvements in their customer service, but as of now, I cannot recommend this company.

purchased scooter 6/12/2024

purchased scooter 6/12/2024 has now become faulty when handle bars are turned left it shuts the scooter down. very dangerous and far from please with purchase. i have contacted by email but keep getting fobbed off with bot response. please email me the return address to return the faulty scooter for a refund. horrible to see many having same issues in a brand they trusted in. PLEASE SEND ME RETURN ADDRESS AND NOT REPAIR FORMS UPDATE THEY CANCEL MY RETURN AND LEAVE THE REPAIR FORM IN PLACE. I WANT TO RETURN AND REFUND NOT A REPAIR THIS ALL SEEMS ABIT SUSS WILL BE SEEKING FURTHER HELP AS SEEMS LIKE THEY ARE OK WITH LEAVING CUSTOMERS WITH A HAZARD AS ITS A ELECTICAL FAULT
