Wrong Scooter colour received...!
** Update 10/4/25 ** 10 days after submitting my complaint, I've still had zero contact from Pure Electric. No response, nothing! ** Update 5/4/25 ** I've had no response or communication from Pure Electric. I have also submitted a request on their website contact form. *** Original 1/4/25 *** This in no April fools..! I did my research and chose Pure Electric... I opted for a black scooter with brown handles and brown deck as it looked different from the norm - but not too 'off piste'. Unfortunately I received an all black scooter with black handles and black deck ....! I reviewed the website page and the photos thinking that I'd made a mistake... no.. the images clearly show black with brown... Come on Pure Electric.. you're better than this..!! Very very disappointed.. As a first time customer - I really wanted the brown deck and handles..! What the next steps to get this resolved?
