Realice 3 cruceros con Princess, el primero en 2023, a Islas Britanicas en el Regal, 15 dias. el segundo en 2024, trasatlantico en el Sun Princess 17 dias, el ultimo en junio 2025, fiordos, en el Emerald, 17 dias. En el ultimo note una baja muy importante en calidad de espectaculos y comida. Estos 2 itens para los cruceristas son importantes. Los espectaculos con excepcion de una cantante, creo que se llamaba Lynda Evans, mediocres. Un hipnotizador que se veia claramente el engaño y encima lo repitieron. Un coro y musical de los propios tripulantes, imaginense. Y otros por el estilo. La comida. Mucha comida de olla y aspecto regular para abajo, los primeros dias habia salmon, despues lo remplazaron por otros pescados de regular preparacion. Carne poco. Fruta siempre verde. Postres repetitivos. Un dia nos ofrecian croisants del dia anterior. Y varios dias faltaron. Entre los puertos, habia 3, de pequeños pueblitos con muy poco interes. Hubiera sido ideal, sacar por lo menos 2 e incluir 2 dias en Oslo. He viajado en MSC, Norwegian, Celebrity y pense que en Princess habia encontrado mi naviera Premium. No es mas una compañia premium.

We booked the Princess Premier Package…

We booked the Princess Premier Package and for 2 days now they've blocked my stepsons medallion insisting he can only buy non alcoholic drinks. He's 28 years old!! The ship is tired and a lot smaller cabins than other cruiselines we've used. Spent more time at guest services than enjoying the actual cruise

policy problem

The cruise experience itself was actually pretty good. The problem I have with them is a policy issue. My fiancee works for an airline and is able to get travel discounts, which she used to book the cruise. After booking I was looking at the Princess website and realized they offer a military/veterans onboard credit. As a vet I thought this was great. I went through the verification process and waited for my credit to be applied. And waited, and waited. I decided to call customer service to see why the credit hadn't been applied. I was told because my fiancee booked with her discount that I wasn't entitled to the veteran's credit. I'm not sure what one has to do with the other, but I hope Princess addresses this in the future.

Poor security majestic

I'm so surprised to a company like princess has so many issues with customer safety, with insecure rooms, witnessed customers being attacked infront of staff, two other incidents that almost led to attacks in front of staff who in the staff words "didn't want to involve security as the head gets angry" which i can 100% relate to with his dismissive and confrontational attitude when we tried to reported our concerns with not locking rooms, the green unlocked light stays on even when you are out of sight of your cabin, allowing anyone behind you to enter your room without your knowledge, apparently not a problem from the head of ship security (you won't be covered on insurance) repeated entertainment and menu if on for over a week, dirty plates and napkins left on buffet tables, not to mention the movement sensor light in the cabin that comes on if you go to the bathroom at night and lights the whole room without being able to turn it off.

Absolutely shocking company to deal with

If I were able to give no stars, I would. I would not recommend Princess Cruises AT ALL. Absolutely shocking, non existent communication. Impossible to get though to them on any numbers or email addresses. Incorrect details put on reservation form and have been unable to access ANYONE to correct this and speak to regarding boarding pass. etc. Completely unacceptable. If you have an elderly relative who is not computer literate, do not give the company their email address. My poor mother has been inundated with emails she doesn't know how to print off and given an App she simply cannot upload on her phone. When I asked them to send her paperwork confirming her booking and checkin details, the company refused saying they are unable to do so. It is all automated. So how do they process passengers who booked without mobile phones or computers?! Shocking customer services. They will take your money, but god help you if there are any queries or incorrect details to amend. You will be tearing your hair out trying to get the situation resolved and the passenger most likely, stuck on shore. Leave well alone, they are terrible.

Waste of time

I wouldn't mind the time I have spent so far if it worked. Sadly it does not! Tried booking specialty restaurants over past 3 days and having made the required selections each time I get an error message and no reservations! This morning it asked me to login but did not recognise my details and failed to send me the email to reset. Eventually got in using booking ID but the whole experience leaves me rather concerned if this app is required each time I need to do something about my booking. I will be spending most of my holiday trying to access it! Not impressed!

This is my first cruise with Princess…

This is my first cruise with Princess and we were looking forward to a few days relaxation. BUT I totally agree with all the feedback on here about the USELESS APP that they insist you download and use!!!!! It is totally unfit for purpose and just keeps crashing whenever you try to click on anything. We have been unable to do anything on it and was on hold to customer service for an hour without any reply!!! This has stressed us out and completely ruined what should have been a few days R&R!! SORT IT OUT!

Wake up Princess...

I book my travel through an excellent Travel Agent who serves me very well. I am booked on a Princess Cruise in two weeks time and am a Platinum member. However, being referred to the app as being the only way to check in and record detail is fine as long as the app is fit for purpose and works. It doesn't....and I have spent countless hours..(no exaggeration)...trying to log in requested detail, and I still have not succeeded. Calling Customer Service is also a waste of time...unless you have more than two hours to spare with a phone on speaker.. Princess Cruises....wake up! Get your IT people into gear or jettison this application and revert to trad methods until you can get it right!

I don't normally complain

I don't normally complain, however my experience with Princess Cruises and the Medallion App leave a lot to be desired. The issue was my wife's Date Of Birth was wrong by one day on the app, despite being correct on the website. The App does not allow you to change this and tells you to contact Princess. 3 separate calls and 4 hours later, as well as one Email explaining the issue, I finally got through. After speaking with 3 Customer Service reps, I was told that the issue was logged and if it was not corrected to phone back on Monday, 2 days time. Really...I said why should I have to phone back and potentially waste another 4 hours of my life. I argued the point, but the assistant said I would have to phone back if there was an issue. I have not boarded yet and my wife is stressed already. This is not customer service. The App would be OK if you could edit it. I sail in 10 days, here's hoping it gets resolved.

Finally redeemed themselves

I had tried so many times to ring but couldn't get through by phone even after waiting over an hour on hold. I requested a call back but didn't expect a reply I wasn't impressed with pre cruise support. I did eventually get a call and they were very helpful and sorted things out well and apologised for the delay so I'm happy again.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH CANCEL IF YOU CAN AND BOOK WITH ANY OTHER CRUISE LINE

If you have not yet booked on this rubbish then save yourself the trouble. They are so short of crew they are taking Sky princess crew to Regal princess. Rarely have I seen such a useless mob of staff who were like rabbits in headlights and had no idea what was going on. The medallion app is so bad it is laughable and if you want a drink good luck trying to order it. Now here is the sad part even the senior crew think its total rubbish and they are fed up with roll out. Admit it Princess as we say here in the UK " You dont not what your doing"

Princess need to ditch their Medallion App

Princess Cruises insist that you use the Medallion App to Check-In; which would be fine if the App worked. Like many other reviews that have already been posted, this App is a complete and utter nightmare. I have tried installing this on iOS and Andriod devices and neither work properly. I tried phoning the support number and gave up after being on hold for over 2 hours. It appears that only Platinum and Elite customers have a dedicate support number that Princess will answer. I can only turn up at the port and hope that I will be able to board. Princess have had over a year to get this App working properly and now that cruising is starting up again, it has fallen flat on its face. Princess really are an embarrassment to the Carnival Corporation Group and as a share holder, Princess CEO Jan Swartz needs to answer some hard questions!

I totally agree with other comments…

I totally agree with other comments been made here about the non-usuable app Princess has come up with. We have cruised 27 times with other cruise lines and never had this much agro when trying to check in. The app is not fit for purpose, will not allow editing just states contacts Princess cruises, hah that was and is totally useless with no resolution to the problem, no reply to my e-mail other than we will get back to you and no customer care. Sorry Princess you've lost yet another potential multi booking customer.

Downloaded APP looked at guests & I am…

Downloaded APP looked at guests & I am going on holiday with a guest who has my name but husband's d.o.b etc, it won't bring my husband's name up so it looks like I am on there twice. I've emailed Princess, took 6 days for a reply & phoned but took over 20 minutes to answer nothing has happened. No further forward, deleted APP & then tried again, HELP! Only a month till our cruise.
