I don't normally complain, however my experience with Princess Cruises and the Medallion App leave a lot to be desired. The issue was my wife's Date Of Birth was wrong by one day on the app, despite being correct on the website. The App does not allow you to change this and tells you to contact Princess. 3 separate calls and 4 hours later, as well as one Email explaining the issue, I finally got through. After speaking with 3 Customer Service reps, I was told that the issue was logged and if it was not corrected to phone back on Monday, 2 days time. Really...I said why should I have to phone back and potentially waste another 4 hours of my life. I argued the point, but the assistant said I would have to phone back if there was an issue. I have not boarded yet and my wife is stressed already. This is not customer service. The App would be OK if you could edit it. I sail in 10 days, here's hoping it gets resolved.
