Realice 3 cruceros con Princess, el primero en 2023, a Islas Britanicas en el Regal, 15 dias. el segundo en 2024, trasatlantico en el Sun Princess 17 dias, el ultimo en junio 2025, fiordos, en el Emerald, 17 dias. En el ultimo note una baja muy importante en calidad de espectaculos y comida. Estos 2 itens para los cruceristas son importantes. Los espectaculos con excepcion de una cantante, creo que se llamaba Lynda Evans, mediocres. Un hipnotizador que se veia claramente el engaño y encima lo repitieron. Un coro y musical de los propios tripulantes, imaginense. Y otros por el estilo. La comida. Mucha comida de olla y aspecto regular para abajo, los primeros dias habia salmon, despues lo remplazaron por otros pescados de regular preparacion. Carne poco. Fruta siempre verde. Postres repetitivos. Un dia nos ofrecian croisants del dia anterior. Y varios dias faltaron. Entre los puertos, habia 3, de pequeños pueblitos con muy poco interes. Hubiera sido ideal, sacar por lo menos 2 e incluir 2 dias en Oslo. He viajado en MSC, Norwegian, Celebrity y pense que en Princess habia encontrado mi naviera Premium. No es mas una compañia premium.

We booked the Princess Premier Package…

We booked the Princess Premier Package and for 2 days now they've blocked my stepsons medallion insisting he can only buy non alcoholic drinks. He's 28 years old!! The ship is tired and a lot smaller cabins than other cruiselines we've used. Spent more time at guest services than enjoying the actual cruise

policy problem

The cruise experience itself was actually pretty good. The problem I have with them is a policy issue. My fiancee works for an airline and is able to get travel discounts, which she used to book the cruise. After booking I was looking at the Princess website and realized they offer a military/veterans onboard credit. As a vet I thought this was great. I went through the verification process and waited for my credit to be applied. And waited, and waited. I decided to call customer service to see why the credit hadn't been applied. I was told because my fiancee booked with her discount that I wasn't entitled to the veteran's credit. I'm not sure what one has to do with the other, but I hope Princess addresses this in the future.

Poor security majestic

I'm so surprised to a company like princess has so many issues with customer safety, with insecure rooms, witnessed customers being attacked infront of staff, two other incidents that almost led to attacks in front of staff who in the staff words "didn't want to involve security as the head gets angry" which i can 100% relate to with his dismissive and confrontational attitude when we tried to reported our concerns with not locking rooms, the green unlocked light stays on even when you are out of sight of your cabin, allowing anyone behind you to enter your room without your knowledge, apparently not a problem from the head of ship security (you won't be covered on insurance) repeated entertainment and menu if on for over a week, dirty plates and napkins left on buffet tables, not to mention the movement sensor light in the cabin that comes on if you go to the bathroom at night and lights the whole room without being able to turn it off.

Horrible app

Horrible app. After 16 Princess cruises I am thoroughly disgusted with this app. Why do I now need the app to sign into princess.com and handle my booking at home on my computer. I have used the app on the cruise ships. Frankly it’s only good for opening the door. Other cruise ships let you use a key card. There are so many bugs in this app and it’s frustrating. Why doesn’t Princess read some of these remarks and just test it out first before making it mandatory to use at home. They could hire people that will actually fix the app. They should give it up until you get to the ship with the medallion they mail to your house. Why don’t they make it easy for people to plan their cruise. We are going to be taking NCL and Royal Caribbean cruises where there is less frustration And better testing arrangements.

After reading the reviews on here, I was more than a little apprehensive about our staycation trip. Thankgoodness I went with an open mind! It was AMAZING. I literally couldn't fault anything, yes ok the app was a little bit of a pain, but oh well people around to help and to us it wasn't a major thing. The entertainment was top notch, cabin lush, food plentiful and the staff so helpful. Shame the staycations aren't a regular thing as we would be booking ASAP!

Terrible medallion app

Terrible medallion app has led to a huge amount of stress and anxiety prior to our long awaited cruise. The app is not fit for purpose , is confusing, slow, doesn't accept a lot of the information you just spent hours inputting and expects us to be expert techies in order to use it. Would not accept our country of citizenship ( UK) and eventually found it after entering GBR. Who ever calls UK GBR?!!.the process for scanning our passports was difficult as we had to line up exactly the numbers along the bottom, very difficult on a kitchen table with shaky hands and a small phone. This has not been thought through at all and if this is the future for princess cruises I will never cruise with them again!.

Appalling Medallion App

Why is there never an option to give no, or preferably minus, stars? The Medallion app is dreadful. I am pretty tech savvy, but have found this a nightmare to deal with. Instructions on the website say to print the boarding QR code from the app, but there is no option to either print or download. All I can think of is to photograph it. The website is also fairly useless, except for printing luggage labels, which requires entering details already on the app. The "customer service" is appalling. I had a couple of queries/complaints and tried a dozen or more times over several days to get through on the phone. On each occasion, after 20 or 30 minutes of irritating music and messages, I gave up. In the end I just persevered and eventually spoke to a very pleasant, but totally clueless, lady. I'm relieved to see that I am far from being the only dissatisfied customer. Unless Princess do something to improve the service our twefth cruise with them will be our last. We will turn up and, if there are any problems, Princess will have to sort them at the deprture lounge. I fear a long queue!

Take your bill twice and poor food

I went on the Regal Princess, sold the idea by a cruise company, the ship is spotless but a little old. The inital cabin was extremely poor, but we were upgraded to a mini suite. The staff are very helpful and friendly but could do with some more waiters as you cannot go to the bar and the app they hang their coat on takes an age to bring a drink to you IF you use it. BIGGEST COMPLAINT COLD WHICH SHOULD BE HOT, Horizon is the biggest offender and then Concerto, all fried breakfasts were cold, some evening meals cold. NOW THE BIG ONE, CHECK OUT GIVEN THE INVOICE £1400 ROUND FIGURES ON THE CARD TO PAY WHICH WAS COLLECTED THE NEXT DAY (25/08/2021). CHECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT TODAY AND A FURTHER £1473 WAS PAID OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. SPENT 60 MINUTES ON HOLD WITH PRINCESS, NO JOY. Rang Cruise Kings they were shokced but still no further forward. my advice book with another cruise ship company this crowd are hopeless and I may see my refund in 2-3 weeks. I have booked to go in October but want a FULL REFUND NOW as this is just not acceptable

The Medallion App is unusable

The Medallion App is unusable! SO slow to login, when in it is not possible to change information. The Save button is greyed out. Eventually got through to so called "customer support" whose only advice was to reinstall the App, when I told them I had and still had problems - they hung up!! I had booked through a travel agent and contacted them and was told I was one of many and the only thing to do was to turn up and deal with the details then. I have read many bad reviews of this app and nothing seems to happen. My last cruise with Princess.

airline tickets have names wrong

We purchased airline tickets for a cruise with Princess Cruises. The names on the airline tickets are incorrect. First name and middle name combined and middle name Mr. The airline will not correct because Princess booked it. The Rep for Princess Cruises says that just how the airlines issue the tickets. Which is not true. We won't be able to use TSA pre-check because the names don't match the tickets, I doubt they would let us board anyway. Will have to try to get airline tickets refunded and book own airfare tickets. I won't buy airline tickets through Princess Cruises again.

Regal Princess 1st September 2021 we…

Regal Princess 1st September 2021 we are Platinum members with your company and this will be the first cruise for a while with Princess however we have had to book this cruise through Imagine Cruising who you have chartered the ship to this company advertised in a national newspaper with a selection of entertainment which they have distributed tickets for to their customers however not us apparently there is a selection process where some people get tickets for all the acts and other only two and others one and we have not received any, so what did we pay for. The main incentive for booking this was the entertainment they advertised so we feel we have been miss sold this cruise. We cannot get any response as they are now closed for Bank Holiday so we have one day left to get a response. This has ruined our anticipation of cruising again with Princess if you allow this type of company to treat us this way. We tried booking direct with you but were told Imagine Cruising were now in control of the bookings. Its a shame because we were anticipating an enjoyable experience. Please explain why this is being allowed to happen

On top of slow phone response lack of…

On top of slow phone response lack of contact and dysfunctional app the advertised three act staycation has turned into the ' You can only see one of your three choices event'At least I can watch Katherine Jenkins on a big screen! Princess will be covered by their small print.Is this the way a major company should operate?It would be nice to get a published response from the company.I feel deceived.

The Princess MedallionClass app is abysmal

They try to force you to use their MedallionClass app if you book one of their cruises. This app is absolutely appalling, continual errors and no proper support. Look at the reviews Google play - the average rating is 1.2 (you cannot get much worse than that).
