Take your bill twice and poor food
I went on the Regal Princess, sold the idea by a cruise company, the ship is spotless but a little old. The inital cabin was extremely poor, but we were upgraded to a mini suite. The staff are very helpful and friendly but could do with some more waiters as you cannot go to the bar and the app they hang their coat on takes an age to bring a drink to you IF you use it. BIGGEST COMPLAINT COLD WHICH SHOULD BE HOT, Horizon is the biggest offender and then Concerto, all fried breakfasts were cold, some evening meals cold. NOW THE BIG ONE, CHECK OUT GIVEN THE INVOICE £1400 ROUND FIGURES ON THE CARD TO PAY WHICH WAS COLLECTED THE NEXT DAY (25/08/2021). CHECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT TODAY AND A FURTHER £1473 WAS PAID OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. SPENT 60 MINUTES ON HOLD WITH PRINCESS, NO JOY. Rang Cruise Kings they were shokced but still no further forward. my advice book with another cruise ship company this crowd are hopeless and I may see my refund in 2-3 weeks. I have booked to go in October but want a FULL REFUND NOW as this is just not acceptable
