Terrible medallion app
Terrible medallion app has led to a huge amount of stress and anxiety prior to our long awaited cruise. The app is not fit for purpose , is confusing, slow, doesn't accept a lot of the information you just spent hours inputting and expects us to be expert techies in order to use it. Would not accept our country of citizenship ( UK) and eventually found it after entering GBR. Who ever calls UK GBR?!!.the process for scanning our passports was difficult as we had to line up exactly the numbers along the bottom, very difficult on a kitchen table with shaky hands and a small phone. This has not been thought through at all and if this is the future for princess cruises I will never cruise with them again!.
