Appalling Medallion App
Why is there never an option to give no, or preferably minus, stars? The Medallion app is dreadful. I am pretty tech savvy, but have found this a nightmare to deal with. Instructions on the website say to print the boarding QR code from the app, but there is no option to either print or download. All I can think of is to photograph it. The website is also fairly useless, except for printing luggage labels, which requires entering details already on the app. The "customer service" is appalling. I had a couple of queries/complaints and tried a dozen or more times over several days to get through on the phone. On each occasion, after 20 or 30 minutes of irritating music and messages, I gave up. In the end I just persevered and eventually spoke to a very pleasant, but totally clueless, lady. I'm relieved to see that I am far from being the only dissatisfied customer. Unless Princess do something to improve the service our twefth cruise with them will be our last. We will turn up and, if there are any problems, Princess will have to sort them at the deprture lounge. I fear a long queue!
