Realice 3 cruceros con Princess, el primero en 2023, a Islas Britanicas en el Regal, 15 dias. el segundo en 2024, trasatlantico en el Sun Princess 17 dias, el ultimo en junio 2025, fiordos, en el Emerald, 17 dias. En el ultimo note una baja muy importante en calidad de espectaculos y comida. Estos 2 itens para los cruceristas son importantes. Los espectaculos con excepcion de una cantante, creo que se llamaba Lynda Evans, mediocres. Un hipnotizador que se veia claramente el engaño y encima lo repitieron. Un coro y musical de los propios tripulantes, imaginense. Y otros por el estilo. La comida. Mucha comida de olla y aspecto regular para abajo, los primeros dias habia salmon, despues lo remplazaron por otros pescados de regular preparacion. Carne poco. Fruta siempre verde. Postres repetitivos. Un dia nos ofrecian croisants del dia anterior. Y varios dias faltaron. Entre los puertos, habia 3, de pequeños pueblitos con muy poco interes. Hubiera sido ideal, sacar por lo menos 2 e incluir 2 dias en Oslo. He viajado en MSC, Norwegian, Celebrity y pense que en Princess habia encontrado mi naviera Premium. No es mas una compañia premium.

We booked the Princess Premier Package…

We booked the Princess Premier Package and for 2 days now they've blocked my stepsons medallion insisting he can only buy non alcoholic drinks. He's 28 years old!! The ship is tired and a lot smaller cabins than other cruiselines we've used. Spent more time at guest services than enjoying the actual cruise

policy problem

The cruise experience itself was actually pretty good. The problem I have with them is a policy issue. My fiancee works for an airline and is able to get travel discounts, which she used to book the cruise. After booking I was looking at the Princess website and realized they offer a military/veterans onboard credit. As a vet I thought this was great. I went through the verification process and waited for my credit to be applied. And waited, and waited. I decided to call customer service to see why the credit hadn't been applied. I was told because my fiancee booked with her discount that I wasn't entitled to the veteran's credit. I'm not sure what one has to do with the other, but I hope Princess addresses this in the future.

Poor security majestic

I'm so surprised to a company like princess has so many issues with customer safety, with insecure rooms, witnessed customers being attacked infront of staff, two other incidents that almost led to attacks in front of staff who in the staff words "didn't want to involve security as the head gets angry" which i can 100% relate to with his dismissive and confrontational attitude when we tried to reported our concerns with not locking rooms, the green unlocked light stays on even when you are out of sight of your cabin, allowing anyone behind you to enter your room without your knowledge, apparently not a problem from the head of ship security (you won't be covered on insurance) repeated entertainment and menu if on for over a week, dirty plates and napkins left on buffet tables, not to mention the movement sensor light in the cabin that comes on if you go to the bathroom at night and lights the whole room without being able to turn it off.

Cruising for a Bruising

Have completed two cruises with Princess this year, The first one was just OK, the second one was dire . Mis-sold a Premier package on the second one , which we booked a year in advance , their rules changed but they failed to honour the inegrity of our original booking and I was met with this reaction when we complained at the service desk . 'We feel your pain its like ordering a Mercedes, and getting a hatchback delivered ' ! If I'd wanted to see a comedian I would have gone to the theatre ....then again maybe not the entertainment was way below standard. Queues at every bar, a 40 minute wait one evening for one round of drinks (never have I experienced this before ) on the whole staff generally looked unhappy and brow beaten, food was pretty good, but a stark shortage of staff throughout the ship. Bar tenders openly discussing the amount of drinks people had consumed through the day in front of other customers, one lady we spoke to had been refused any more drinks in front of a queue of people saying she had reached her limit , she was mortified, turns out they had made a gross error and had added her husbands drinks on to her tab ,no apology offered. To be honest the list is endless ,I complained on my return, and they admitted to issues with both staff shortages, and supplies, (3 cocktails advertised I was unable to try for the duration of the cruise due to lack of ingredients) however instead of some renumeration, I was offered on board spending money for another cruise ! Do they honestly think I would want a repeat performance ! I responded voicing my dissatisfaction, with their offer, almost two months ago, but have received no response back. Vote with your feet, I intend to, and have already booked with another company for next year, not even the on board spend would tempt me back sadly. I should have had a partial refund after the large amount of money we spent , customer service zero. And the biggest mistake of all NOT LISTENING TO LOYAL CUSTOMERS.

Customersservice don’t give service

We recently took a cruise with Princess that went well, but we still had money owed in our account afterwards. weeks later I received a check for this money, which unfortunately I cannot cash anywhere in the Netherlands. I have now sent Princess customer service an email 4 times but they have not responded to anything. strange when you consider that it is a relatively small amount and we (2 couples) are regular customers. which of course they will now lose.

Worst cruise line I've ever had the…

Worst cruise line I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. Post covid they have no interest in the customer just their wallets. Customer service is appalling, cleanliness on board is dreadful, excursions are a complete rip off and you absolutely do not get what you pay for. Multiple occasions of false billing requiring hours of your holiday time to resolve at customer services, no apologies and fraudulent transactions added to our account after disembarkation, which princess just take from your card. Everyone on board moaning at the penny pinching, rip off extras on board which were explained with, well that's head office. Most of the staff will tell you they are looking for another job and want to leave asap. Sorry Princess but there is just too much decent competition out there to deal with your BS.

Will not give a star, so racist don't even think of employees. Expect work like slave. Superiors think as if they own that cruise and command as if there are slaves around, specially people who are working in Gally dept.

This was the worst cruise I have ever…

This was the worst cruise I have ever been on. Once you book the cruise they should honor the package you paid for instead of making you pay extra for those perks once you board the ship. What a shame to find it out when you board you won't be getting what you paid for when booking the cruise. This was not my first cruise with Princess however it will be my last!

Ich habe gerade 47 Tage auf der Royal Princess verbracht!

Ich habe gerade 47 Tage auf der Royal Princess verbracht. Vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag hat einfach alles gepasst ! Die motivierte Crew, die hervorragend ausgebildet ist. Besonders ist zu erwähnen, die Crew im Restaurant und Barbereich. Das Captain Circle Team und Future Cruises Team war immer hilfsbereit und kompetent. An der Spitze dieses hervorragenden Teams steht nach wie vor der General Hotel Direktor, Helmut Leikauf. Er selber war immer für die Gäste da und arrangierte einfach alles ! Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und abwechslungsreich. Die Kabinen Stewards waren höflich, zuvorkommend und erledigten ihre Arbeit immer gut gelaunt. Ich freue mich schon auf die nächste Reise am 15.Dezember 2023, mit der Royal Princess. Susanne, Österreich 🇦🇹

The Cruise Director and his assistant…

The Cruise Director and his assistant were presenting false information on "The Wake Show" (untruthful about the time of recording and their own opinions about shows/events that had not happened yet). Secondly, making repetitive fake 'rrrrrr" sounds is known as stammering, and it usually is not funny to almost 70 million people worldwide who stutter (about 1% of the world's population). This is a speech disorder in which the flow of speech is disrupted by involuntary repetitions and prolongations of sounds, syllables, words, or phrases. When we were questioning the reasons for such behavior; however, they either did not have the time to address it, laughed it off (Rachel), or approached us with rude, unprofessional staff-to-elderly guest interaction (Armando). Total lack of interpersonal communication skills. At some point in our heated conversation, I felt threatened. We had indicated the issues to the Hotel General Manager Mr. Antonino R. (with an MD degree indicated on his letterhead which probably is not correct) who promised to address our concern with the Head of the Entertainment staff and wished us to enjoy the Cruise. We are done with Princess Cruises.

Cruised to Alaska from San Francisco

Cruised to Alaska from San Francisco. Second day, the toilet flooded, slipped and fell because of the water. A known bacteria on the ship caused my Dr. visit on IV for 3 days and no food for 5 days. Hassled about gratuities after this hell of a vacation and walked off with covid entire family. They have the nerve to ask for thousands of dollars in medical bills. The captain was drunk and hit the deck and caused damage to the ship as we arrived and next cruise was docked for several days while ship was being repaired. Cruise straight from hell.

One star is too generous!

One star is too generous!! Absolutely appalling. We paid £3000 for a 12 night cruise. Got conned with the change of the drinks packages and had to pay more for the new benefits. Which stupidly we did. Then the cabin had a bang we were ignored by guest services for 6 days+ it was only when other guests complained about the noise that 2 officers and a maintenance man came to investigate then we were magically able to move cabins. From a balcony to an inside cabin. Then we were faced with a boom every time the ship hit the waves as we were by the lifts. No sleep for most of the trip so did not even have the energy to get off the ship for several ports as the lack of sleep triggered health issues which are manageable with a good night sleep. Food was rubbish. The plus package premium desserts were "for demonstration purposes only" yet more false advertising. Absolutely shameful experience will never use again. Had I of seen this before booking we would have not gone. Avoid sky princess e442!!
