Customersservice don’t give service
We recently took a cruise with Princess that went well, but we still had money owed in our account afterwards. weeks later I received a check for this money, which unfortunately I cannot cash anywhere in the Netherlands. I have now sent Princess customer service an email 4 times but they have not responded to anything. strange when you consider that it is a relatively small amount and we (2 couples) are regular customers. which of course they will now lose.
