Realice 3 cruceros con Princess, el primero en 2023, a Islas Britanicas en el Regal, 15 dias. el segundo en 2024, trasatlantico en el Sun Princess 17 dias, el ultimo en junio 2025, fiordos, en el Emerald, 17 dias. En el ultimo note una baja muy importante en calidad de espectaculos y comida. Estos 2 itens para los cruceristas son importantes. Los espectaculos con excepcion de una cantante, creo que se llamaba Lynda Evans, mediocres. Un hipnotizador que se veia claramente el engaño y encima lo repitieron. Un coro y musical de los propios tripulantes, imaginense. Y otros por el estilo. La comida. Mucha comida de olla y aspecto regular para abajo, los primeros dias habia salmon, despues lo remplazaron por otros pescados de regular preparacion. Carne poco. Fruta siempre verde. Postres repetitivos. Un dia nos ofrecian croisants del dia anterior. Y varios dias faltaron. Entre los puertos, habia 3, de pequeños pueblitos con muy poco interes. Hubiera sido ideal, sacar por lo menos 2 e incluir 2 dias en Oslo. He viajado en MSC, Norwegian, Celebrity y pense que en Princess habia encontrado mi naviera Premium. No es mas una compañia premium.

We booked the Princess Premier Package…

We booked the Princess Premier Package and for 2 days now they've blocked my stepsons medallion insisting he can only buy non alcoholic drinks. He's 28 years old!! The ship is tired and a lot smaller cabins than other cruiselines we've used. Spent more time at guest services than enjoying the actual cruise

policy problem

The cruise experience itself was actually pretty good. The problem I have with them is a policy issue. My fiancee works for an airline and is able to get travel discounts, which she used to book the cruise. After booking I was looking at the Princess website and realized they offer a military/veterans onboard credit. As a vet I thought this was great. I went through the verification process and waited for my credit to be applied. And waited, and waited. I decided to call customer service to see why the credit hadn't been applied. I was told because my fiancee booked with her discount that I wasn't entitled to the veteran's credit. I'm not sure what one has to do with the other, but I hope Princess addresses this in the future.

Poor security majestic

I'm so surprised to a company like princess has so many issues with customer safety, with insecure rooms, witnessed customers being attacked infront of staff, two other incidents that almost led to attacks in front of staff who in the staff words "didn't want to involve security as the head gets angry" which i can 100% relate to with his dismissive and confrontational attitude when we tried to reported our concerns with not locking rooms, the green unlocked light stays on even when you are out of sight of your cabin, allowing anyone behind you to enter your room without your knowledge, apparently not a problem from the head of ship security (you won't be covered on insurance) repeated entertainment and menu if on for over a week, dirty plates and napkins left on buffet tables, not to mention the movement sensor light in the cabin that comes on if you go to the bathroom at night and lights the whole room without being able to turn it off.

Kein GREAT BARRIER REEF für uns

Grand Princess von Melbourne bis Willis island und zurück, Schiff älter , aber große Kabinen , Laden verschmutzt . Kantinenatmosphäre , Essen ok . ABER : Wir buchten mit Bestätigung und Bezahlung einen Great Barrier Reef Scenic Flight (Airlie Beach ), der uns an demselben Tag in der Früh abgesagt wurde , Grund : Überladung , angereist aus Ö . totale Enttäuschung!!! Kontrollieren Sie unbedingt 3Tage vorher , ob Sie an Bord sind , Sie können dann noch selber organisieren . Auch das Angebot , von Cairns aus zu fliegen , half nichts , weil wir da schon einen anderen Ausflug bezahlt hatten . Auf die Rückbuchung auf das Bordkonto , hätten wir liebend gerne verzichtet , da ich in meinem Alter dort nie wieder hinkommen werde .

In the carribean princess with princess…

Poor from start to finish and an utter scam, ships entertainment is garbage, if listening to the same quiz over and over again is for you then this is the ship to be on. Worst I’ve seen in over 15 cruises. The whole point of this cruise was to go to reki in Iceland but the morning of port we got the captain telling us it was to windy, the funniest thing is my family was on holiday there to and was in port to meet us and go the blue lagoon they said there’s no wind at all so when the winds really bad he puts us through it from Lerwick to Iceland but won’t go in reki when they’re is no wind and make out there is. The fact there casino got hit for 110k by one lucky winner and the ship not being at full capacity prob meant they scammed all the customers for a sea day to claw it back. Utter scum bags this company not a patch on Cunard, royal carribean and I’d even say p&o now, thinking of cruising with this company think again and go elsewhere or butlins there’s better entertainment.

We are currently on the Sky Princess

We are currently on the Sky Princess cruising up the Baltic Sea. So mostly it has been very good. As a passenger with disabilities I can’t complain about the assistance I have received from the crew members. So far my only complaint has been with customer services, I phoned to find out which gate the ship leaves from at Southampton and was give the wrong gate by two separate members of staff. It was the staff at Southampton that directed to the correct gate, not Princess staff! The onboard experience has been good, the food has been excellent and so has the service. The entertainment is a little repetitive but ok. I will say if you feel the cold make sure you pack some warm clothing as inside the air conditioning is set to quite cool!

Worst cruise on Royal Princess

Worst cruise Royal Princess. DISGUSTING FOOD in restaurants and buffet. Room is dated and worn. Bad entertainment. Small & cramp gym. Shower temperature control is broken. AVOID ROYAL Princess Cruises.

We are going on the Sky Princess on the…

We are going on the Sky Princess on the 15 June 2024, all I wanted was which dock gate in Southampton, we had to go to as on our details it says the port of Southampton (which is a big area) I was put on hold for a couple of minutes and the person came back and obviously did not have a clue! So I googled it and hopefully have found the right gate. It amazes me that a Company the size of Princess Cruises, has such a poor record here on Trust Pilot, They cannot be bothered to reply? I just hope that things will get better for our trip.

Crew Attitude …

I have just boarded the Royal Princess for a 14 night cruise to Alaska and oh dear I do hope the poor crew attitude I have encountered so far is not a taste of things to come. I arrived at my cabin at 14.45 - apparently 15 mins early although I had not been informed that the cabin would not be ready until 15.00. I was greeted by 3 cabin Stewart’s who were rude and informed me to leave my bag and come back later, in a very rude manner. On return the cabin bed had not been configured as requested and there was not a cabin Stewart to be found, therefore I called reception and asked for it to be rectified. I had to ask the receptionist to repeat their answer several times due to their heavy accent- all they did was sigh and moan. Whilst I understand change over day is difficult for all the crew, there is no need to be so indifferent and rude to a paying guest. I am expected to pay a service charge for these attitudes, I can only hope it gets better.

Regal Princess cancels D-day excusions

Regal Princess just cancelled all their tours to Normandy beaches and cemeteries on 7th June 24 over concerns about it being too busy with D-day celebrations. Many booked the cruise in part to celebrate the occasion and have been badly let down by Princess. Surprised celebrating the fallen is something Princess considers unimportant - disgraceful.

Terrible Customer Service

I have a cruise that leaves this Friday. I tried to contact Princess a few times already and have had horrible experiences. The first time the lady said she couldn't hear me and hung up, which was not true because she would respond to specific things I said. I called again and spoke to a gentleman named Hendrix. I had three questions regarding their "Plus Plan" and he did not seem to be confident with his answers and ran in circles a bit, which left me feeling a little skeptical. I decided to use the only chat service so that answers could be verified in writing in the even any issues arrived. It has been 52 minutes so far and no one has picked it up. It is mind-blowing that the service is this poor. I have sailed with quite a few cruise lines and none have had this bad of service. I can say with certainty that I will not be going through Princess in the future.

Sky Princess nice ship, room for improvement.

Just returned from a 2wk cruise on the Med on Sky Princess. Vigo, Cadiz, Malaga, Ajaccio, Marseille, Gib and Lisbon. Ports good except Marseille which is a big industrial port. Weather was good, warm and sunny, except for Lisbon which was overcast and chilly. Lovely ship and we had a mini-suite which was nice. We are Elite so had the extras, mini-bar, canopes, robes etc. The food in the main dining rooms was disappointing. The cuts of meat were poor quality, in particular the streaks. The Club steak was tough, chewy and grizzly and the New York strip steak was little better. After some time we decided to forgo the main dining rooms and eat in the buffet and International Cafe were standards were good. Although did miss the 'dining' experience. The entertainment was patchy, the production shows were good, although there was only 3. Glad to see they didn't have the daft booking system, like on Iona. The other big bugbear was the one of the TVs in the room, kept going off and on continually, saying it was trying to reboot. This was very annoying when watching films, which we did a lot due to the lack of entertainment. We felt standards have dropped since we last cruised with Princess pre'covid. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant, better than Iona which we cruised in October. All in all enjoyed the cruise, but feel Princess need to up their game, in particular with regard to the food.

Beautiful Sky Princess…

Beautiful ship, outstanding value, food was amazing. I don't understand the negative reviews. All stuff were so friendly and helpful. Included restaurants were top notch. We went twice on the Princess plus package in a mini suite and a deluxe balcony room, and we have booked again on the same ship.
