Terrible Customer Service
I have a cruise that leaves this Friday. I tried to contact Princess a few times already and have had horrible experiences. The first time the lady said she couldn't hear me and hung up, which was not true because she would respond to specific things I said. I called again and spoke to a gentleman named Hendrix. I had three questions regarding their "Plus Plan" and he did not seem to be confident with his answers and ran in circles a bit, which left me feeling a little skeptical. I decided to use the only chat service so that answers could be verified in writing in the even any issues arrived. It has been 52 minutes so far and no one has picked it up. It is mind-blowing that the service is this poor. I have sailed with quite a few cruise lines and none have had this bad of service. I can say with certainty that I will not be going through Princess in the future.
