Return stolen by company
I had a mixer returned to them in April. Still chasing getting it back almost 3 months later. No replies canβt get through to customer service etc on phone and no email replies. They have basically stolen the mixer on me.
PMT Online is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and fast delivery, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.

I ordered an electric guitar on 28.05.25. It was supposed to be delivered on 30.05.25 but it was not. When I contacted the company, they told me that they would ship it again, it's been almost a month but I still haven't received my order. I will complain to #citizensadvice.org.uk, I want my money back. Don't order from here, they don't care.
I emailed about an electronic drum kit I was thinking of buying, I got emailed back by a really helpful guy, Jacob. I got the drum kit and itβs an amazing investment. I absolutely love it.

Product arrived well packaged and undamaged. Problem with delivery using Parcelforce was resolved by PMT for me, who were easy to get through to on the phone, genial and helpful. It would probably be worth it to switch from Parcelforce entirely imo. First time buying from PMT, wonβt be the last.

Outstanding: now THIS is what customer service means! The exceptional service willingness and in-store personal attention of the Birmingham team are great. Telephone accessibility is very good and there is great understanding of special circumstances / demands. The staff are also extremely friendly, not just because you are a customer, but really mean and genuine. They clearly enjoy their work and the customer contact that comes with it. A great experience in a wonderful shop, where I snapped up a great offer that made a 40-year-old wish come true better than I ever imagined :-) Too bad I can't just go from Maastricht to Birmingham for a moment every now and then⦠Thank you, guys!

Absolutely shocking service, ordered a guitar, told would be delivered next day, never arrived. Had to call them to find out where it was, they didnβt seem at all apologetic for letting me down, didnβt offer any compensation. Told them I would like a refund and was informed I had to wait until they got the guitar back despite it never being in my possession.

Excellent customer service, very quick delivery by parcel force. One of the ordered items was missed off the first delivery, but PMT kept me informed and it was express delivered the following day. The guitar amp and footswitch were pre-used, but both items were in excellent condition with no signs of being used, and work perfectly. PMT are an excellent company to deal with, and I would highly recommend them.
