Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service, ordered a guitar, told would be delivered next day, never arrived. Had to call them to find out where it was, they didn’t seem at all apologetic for letting me down, didn’t offer any compensation. Told them I would like a refund and was informed I had to wait until they got the guitar back despite it never being in my possession.
