Return stolen by company
I had a mixer returned to them in April. Still chasing getting it back almost 3 months later. No replies canβt get through to customer service etc on phone and no email replies. They have basically stolen the mixer on me.

I didnt receive my order
I ordered an electric guitar on 28.05.25. It was supposed to be delivered on 30.05.25 but it was not. When I contacted the company, they told me that they would ship it again, it's been almost a month but I still haven't received my order. I will complain to #citizensadvice.org.uk, I want my money back. Don't order from here, they don't care.
Really helpful, great response times.
I emailed about an electronic drum kit I was thinking of buying, I got emailed back by a really helpful guy, Jacob. I got the drum kit and itβs an amazing investment. I absolutely love it.

What has happened to PMT? The company has entered insolvency and appointed insolvency practitioners. Certain assets, including some stock, branding, and websites, have been sold to Gear4music Limited. The original company, however, still legally exists and remains responsible for its liabilities, but may not have funds to meet them. Gear4music has purchased certain stock, together with certain intangible assets including websites and trademarks from the Administrators of PMT. For clarity, Gear4music is not acquiring any part of PMT's trading business, nor any other assets or liabilities, and has no current plans to use the PMT trading name. For the Music Community The closure of PMT will be felt across the music community. Itβs a change that will be felt not only by customers, but by the people behind the brand β and across the wider music community that PMT served for many years. Like many of you, we were saddened to hear the news. Over the years, weβve worked alongside the same suppliers, shared industry spaces, and even welcomed a few former colleagues into our team. This moment affects many people β and our thoughts are with everyone impacted.

PMT Oxford Owes Me Money π I bought 2 rechargeable batteries for Β£88.97 from a guy called Richard. I only just found out last week that all the PMT SHOPS are closed down. PMT in the past has received thousands of pounds from me for various items etcetera.
