Return stolen by company
I had a mixer returned to them in April. Still chasing getting it back almost 3 months later. No replies can’t get through to customer service etc on phone and no email replies. They have basically stolen the mixer on me.

Great Service
Big thank you to the amazing service offered at the Newcastle branch, especially from Nick. Helped me loads with my A-level project which I am doing about guitars.
I didnt receive my order
I ordered an electric guitar on 28.05.25. It was supposed to be delivered on 30.05.25 but it was not. When I contacted the company, they told me that they would ship it again, it's been almost a month but I still haven't received my order. I will complain to #citizensadvice.org.uk, I want my money back. Don't order from here, they don't care.

I emailed about an electronic drum kit I was thinking of buying, I got emailed back by a really helpful guy, Jacob. I got the drum kit and it’s an amazing investment. I absolutely love it.

Never used pmt before
Never used pmt before, but definitely will be using them again, ordered on Thursday paid postage and they said it's getting delivered Friday and it was ,why do other companies not do the same instead of taking your money and it turns up 5 days later! Nice one pmt 👍👍
