Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

One of the most annoying letting agencies! Landlord oriented 100%. Glad i moved i not having to deal with them again Ocean bradley stoke is def a no!!! Avoid !!!

Tracey and Luigi - The remortgage dream team!
Tracey and Luigi recently took care of our recent remortgage. Their guidance was best in class, their customer service impeccable and everything was just effortless and proactive on their part. So many places try to just excel in one area such as expertise or the customer service, but between Luigi and Tracey, they've got both covered already. When this new fixed rate comes up to expiry, I'll be contacting the team again for sure. Thank you very much!

Letting the property with Ocean was a mistake!!!!!!β¦
Edit: I have just read Oceanβs reply to my review. The agency outright refused to manage any issues as I was no longer a client. I would have happily deposited funds with them had I been given the option. Original review: Letting the property with Ocean was fine, but the management of the property left a lot to be desired. Ocean do not vet their contractors properly, nor do they check the quality of the work. I paid Β£10,000 to have a house redecorated and when I complained about the work done the management team refused to visit the property to inspect it. As a result I found a new agent to let and manage my properties. The last property with Ocean was vacated today and the tenants have left a lot of issues. Ocean is refusing to deal with the issues because they no longer βmanageβ the property. Very unethical and money-grabbing company.

Louise Studley is the answer to what makes our experience of Ocean Lettings excellent: diligent in the everyday nitty-gritty of household issues. So if there was an issue of something needing fixing, she is there immediately organising the fixing of it. Louise is also happy to negotiate new contracts, acting fairly but impartially between landlord and renter. We can't thank her and Ocean Lettings enough. This is for the whole period from September 2023 to July 2024
