Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

The staff at Ocean have been wonderful Its been a long haul but never once have they given up I feel they are family in a good way They have been very professional and I have appreciated all the support they have given me from the initial marketing to completion I will certainly use them again

How helpful Ocean is and they always do what they say they are going to do, whether it’s call back or email with updates
I started my journey with Jack at Ocean, who was polite, friendly and professional at all times. Then Paul the Manager took over and he kept me informed of any updates and was always happy to go through anything I wasn’t sure of. Very polite and professional too.
