Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

I used the Clifton branch of Ocean to purchase my flat in 2019 and find me three new tenants over the period since then. Their service is always nothing short of highly professional, very helpful with advice and expert knowledge of the current market and letting regulations for landlords. Communication was always, without exception, prompt and friendly. Particular thanks to Alan the branch manager, Megan and Lily who make the whole experience smooth and seamless from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Excellent service for first-time buyers
From our first viewing the service we had from Ocean was excellent. They accommodated a very short notice second viewing meaning we were able to put an offer in and have it accepted on the perfect house for us. From there, the support and communication we receive throughout the buying process canβt be faulted. As first-time buyers, we really needed guidance and to be helped through the process, and they definitely did that. The dashboard meant it was easy for us to see what stage we were at, there were regular updates and we could easily see when work was being done on our file, and at no point did we need to chase or query progress. We were able to complete quicker than we had expected and are now moved into our new home and absolutely delighted with it. Weβd highly recommend them to anyone - especially first time buyers. Bailey and Julie were especially helpful.
