Louise Studley is the answer to what makes our experience of Ocean Lettings excellent: diligent in the everyday nitty-gritty of household issues. So if there was an issue of something needing fixing, she is there immediately organising the fixing of it. Louise is also happy to negotiate new contracts, acting fairly but impartially between landlord and renter. We can't thank her and Ocean Lettings enough.
