Letting the property with Ocean was a mistake!!!!!!…
Edit: I have just read Ocean’s reply to my review. The agency outright refused to manage any issues as I was no longer a client. I would have happily deposited funds with them had I been given the option. Original review: Letting the property with Ocean was fine, but the management of the property left a lot to be desired. Ocean do not vet their contractors properly, nor do they check the quality of the work. I paid £10,000 to have a house redecorated and when I complained about the work done the management team refused to visit the property to inspect it. As a result I found a new agent to let and manage my properties. The last property with Ocean was vacated today and the tenants have left a lot of issues. Ocean is refusing to deal with the issues because they no longer “manage” the property. Very unethical and money-grabbing company.
