Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

Thanks to the team at Ocean Westbury-on-Trym for a great job with our recent house purchase. Mel and Mike were fantastic in terms of their communication and ensuring that everything was done properly and in the right order. This includes everything from viewings, offers, communications with the seller and Ocean Conveyancing who handled the legals, and everything else.
