Fantastic experience for conveyancing and mortgage advise.
We used Ocean for conveyancing and mortgage advise. Conveyancing: Really excellent service throughout by Linda and her team. Everything sorted as quickly as possible and dealt really well with the sellers solicitors who were causing headaches. Howla website kept us up to date, as did emails and phone calls. Never had to chase once. Really impressed. Mortgage Advise: Again excellent service, this time by Luigi. Friendly and happy to chat through all the details with you. Found us a great deal, and regularly checked for rate changes to save us money. All around excellent.

Laura, Gemma, and the rest of the team were thoroughly professional in handling our property purchase. They kept us updated at regular intervals and were very organised. Negotiating a favourable deal with the opposite solicitor may not be their best suite, they offer a high-quality conveyancing service nonetheless.

The Estate Agents and the Conveyancing Team at Ocean were very helpful. The arranging of visits to the property for sale extremely good. Communication also excellent. The Conveyancing Team were also extremely efficient and again Communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend. Another bonus was having the Estate Agent and the Conveyancing in the same building.
