Certificate was not generated alongside my test results. Also it seems that this company doesn’t sell tests anymore; my guess is their platform (and customer service) will steadily decline from here. Just another company trying to make a quick buck from the pandemic.

In some places Covid Self test kit costs around £15, how ever the kits which I got it from Now Test was for £5, its easy to use and with self explanatory instructions.

Not the best experience but I got it in the end…

I booked them through a friend recommendation. I didn’t read all of the feedback beforehand but to be fair it seems like most the day 2/8 providers have serious issues. Back to this company. I ordered in time but only received my day 2 on day 4 and the results on day 8. My day 8 test arrived on day 11. Here’s what needs to improve: A way to contact them - a email address that never gets answered is not acceptable. Follow through on your commitments. There are a lot of unhappy people out there - regardless of circumstances. People trust that you will deliver and they pay for the service.

It's a huge shame you cannot give ZERO stars

Absolute scam of a company and just a government money-spinner - avoid at all costs. It's a huge shame you cannot give ZERO stars. Just like EVERY other review on here, I ordered my Day 2 and Day 8 kits at the same time. The Day 2 kit arrived on Day 4!!!! After completing the test and sending it back, my results did not arrive until Day 10!!!!! After that my Day 8 kit arrived on Day 17?! What an absolute scam. I'm contemplating not even doing my Day 8 kit and speaking to legal advisors about getting a full refund. Do not fall for their excuses about the Royal Mail and the Easter holidays. They were unprepared, just like the government during the majority of this pandemic. The mobile app is incomplete, clearly rushed and cheaply made. They did not seek to employ a proper app developer. Not only that the website is terrible, very unclear instructions and terrible support. Honestly, everything about this company and service is BAD. What was the point Boris Johnson?! £170 not well spent. You should be refunding all of us.

Terrible service and app

Terrible service and app. Do not use. Day 2 tests arrived on day 5 with no clear instructions on how to return them (their letter said to post them in a special priority postbox, despite being in quarantine!). Day 8 tests have also not arrived. Website appalling and not at helpful.

Day 8 test never arrived

Day 8 test never arrived. Company is clearly a fly-by-night operation set up by a jobbing project manager who saw an opportunity to bilk consumers out of their money. They talk about "unprecedented demand" - complete rubbish. A responsible business would have known what stock of tests they had and not taken money from customers they couldn't serve. This lot clearly just think they can get away with it. Avoid.

Very bad service

Very bad service. I haven't received my test day 8 and yesterday was my last day of quarantine. I complained to them and the answer they gave me was "The NHS is aware of the delays we are experiencing, contact them for any queries related to your test". Are you kidding me? I paid to you for a service (not cheap I have to say), so the least I expect it's a solution. Don't buy tests from them. You are going to waste your time and your money.

I wish there was a negative star to…

I wish there was a negative star to choose on Trustpilot. I don’t need to say anything, just read all the terrible reviews. When I eventually found a number an employee claiming to work for Nowtest admitted they were having huge problems. I was given an address to complain to but when I googled the address it was a block of flats. Disgusting company playing with peoples lives. This virus kills people. How have Nowtest even got passed the criteria.

Probably Scam avoid / Report it to 119

So my story goes like that. . . I visited UK from Cyprus and I ordered from the above company the Day 2 and Day 8 test kit. Those test samples never arrived by the time I was in UK. I requested a full refund from the company and their answers were only apologies for the delay, additionally one person answered to me with no professional skills it was like talking to a friend and not a customer, telling me that i put different dates which was not True and that he was confused with my request and that they do not give me full refund because it's cost for them to send it by courier. Courier never arrived, so what costs? I will continue my request for refund giving all the details to my bank. Also for those that don't get their tests please contact 119 and report the company to the gov.uk. They have a procedure for this.
