Certificate was not generated alongside my test results. Also it seems that this company doesn’t sell tests anymore; my guess is their platform (and customer service) will steadily decline from here. Just another company trying to make a quick buck from the pandemic.
I was not able to receive a certificate!! Unacceptable
In some places Covid Self test kit costs around £15, how ever the kits which I got it from Now Test was for £5, its easy to use and with self explanatory instructions.

Terrible - DO NOT USE. A week later and still no test results. Have not replied to my multiple emails. This company needs to be removed from any government lists. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Was so dubious with all the bad reviews. But I guess only those with bad experiences usually review. First test did arrive on day four and didn't get results back until day 6 but that doesn't really matter. The second test arrived early on day 8 and I received results back on day 10 which is all that matters. Very professional looking kit and clear instructions. All reviews for all companies look bad so had to go for one and it worked for me. Would recommend although can understand that some have had bad experiences. Thought I would leave review as seems a bit bias to negative reviews.

Terrible service. Outrageous that they are allowed to charge £170 and cannot fulfill their obligations. Test kits don’t arrive on time. Results are late. Now, I can’t even log in This is a scam. Don’t use I’m wondering if there is a way for all the complainants here to get together to take legal action against this company. Fraud on this scale ought to be punishable by a massive fine at the very least, no?

Avoid to use this company as or they are a Scam or they are not up to the job! I have been self isolating for 14 days and I still have not received day 8 test result. The day 8 test kit did arrive late and their phone line is not working. If you email their support team nobody answers and you do receive an automatic reply where they tell you if you have problems to ask the Government (????) but they did get £ 169 for a service that they have not provided. I am amazed that they are in the "Government approved" list of providers for the test...I would like to ask the Government how they could be approved if they cannot provide the service they are paid for!! What a waste of money and time!

Please pay a few pounds extra and choose something reliable. I am a doctorz received day 2 kit on day 3 and got the results day 6. Now waiting for results of day 8 test. I will have to take another day off tomorrow (Day11) as we don't have the results yet.

I had to give single star as there was no option of no star at all. We are a family of 5, consist of doctor parents and 3 children. This is the most pathetic, third class service ever. We received days kits on day 3 and received results on evening of day 6. Day 8 kits received on day 9 and now sitting on day 10 their mercy to end quarantine. Please pay extra few pounds and choose something reliable. Absolutely pathetic. Dr Umar Ilyas

> Delivery of kits: Day2 tests arrived on Day3 Day8 tests arrived and signed for on Day7 (according to Post Office tracking) Actually received as of Day8. (Could have been mis-delivered to a neghbour?) > Test results: Day2 tests returned to Lab (Oncologica) by a friend (instead of using Post office) on Day3. The web app then showed "Pending", apart from one test which was "Rejected". So it seems that the Lab some kind of rapid assessment of them but the results did not come back until the evening of Day10 Day8 tests again taken directly to the Lab and came back 3 days later - an improvement suggesting they may have been treated with higher priority, or the backlog is decreasing. > Comparison with competitor: Day 5 tests were ordered for part of the party from a competitor. A courier was used to get the swabs to the same (Oncologica) Lab. The results and certificates were emailed back 10 hours from swabbing! This raises a number of questions. Are the differences in service due to priority being given to Day5 (and hopefully Day8) tests over the Day2 tests? That would make some sense as I can't see what practical action occurs if someone tests positive on Day2 anyway. Or, as I suspect is more likely, is priority being given to some providers over others? Is it a question of how much you pay? Who you know? (or rather who the testing provider knows). Perhaps Oncologica are holding back the Nowtest results until they get payment? Or they are prioritizing people who book directly with them? Ultimately, I am inclined to blame the government. This seems to be their style. They seem determined to prove that the private sector is less efficient than the state for the majority of people. If you can be tested and released after the Day5 result without any need to have got a result from the Day2 test... why are people forced to book the Day2/Day8 tests in the first place? They could instead just pay for the Day5 test and the amount of work for the Labs and couriers would be halved and most people would get out of quarantine sooner. And why, if people are released into the community after passing the Day5 test, are they still required to take the Day8 test at a time when the system obviously cannot cope with the load placed on it? Back to Nowtest: Relatively minor niggles: 1. The link to track packages at the Post Office in their FAQ does not seem to work. It looks OK but (at least in the Edge browser) nothing happens when I try and submit the tracking number. Instead I have to follow the Post Office's websites tracking flow to get to a page that looks the same but actually works. 2. Multiple kits are each given a tracking number in the App but the shipping is consolidated into one package for the household... so only one tracking number gives you meaningful feedback. Using the other tracking numbers just results in you being told that the shipment is being prepared. If the packages are consolidated then so should the tracking numbers be.

Same as rest - it does not work. I have been scammed. I have to travel for work and health. Having been closed most of the yr my funds are tight. This app is the final straw. I have had sleepless nights, endless panic and worry. The tests turned up on day 5 and 10 amd the app doesn’t work. The instructions are confusing. The phone line will not work and they don’t reply to emails. I’ve been totally conned at the most vulnerable time of my life. Avoid. I took other tests instead.

I ordered day 2 day 8 test, day 8 kit was not delivered on time, since writing for results since 6 days after samples delivered back. Several emails and reminders are written for a refund on ordered placed extra, waiting for a solution till date.
