Very bad service
Very bad service. I haven't received my test day 8 and yesterday was my last day of quarantine. I complained to them and the answer they gave me was "The NHS is aware of the delays we are experiencing, contact them for any queries related to your test". Are you kidding me? I paid to you for a service (not cheap I have to say), so the least I expect it's a solution. Don't buy tests from them. You are going to waste your time and your money.
