Better telephone experience
Appauling customer service; difficult to talk to a human. Endless menus to go through, all information required (a/c, name, address) and the computer cant understand pronunciation of names, and then they ask you ALL questions again when you finally talk to a human, and by then I was already irritated, which is not fair on staff or customers. UPDATE - YU have changed the system so it is easier to talk to a human and nadine managed to cancel my smart meter installation (I already had one & Yu had been insisting on unnecessarily replacing it).
