Certificate was not generated alongside my test results. Also it seems that this company doesnβt sell tests anymore; my guess is their platform (and customer service) will steadily decline from here. Just another company trying to make a quick buck from the pandemic.
I was not able to receive a certificate!! Unacceptable
In some places Covid Self test kit costs around Β£15, how ever the kits which I got it from Now Test was for Β£5, its easy to use and with self explanatory instructions.

Zero * if I could. Shambles. Pair of Day 2 results late, so decided tests were void and ordered NHS tests. Day 8 results also very late. But left Q with Day 2 and NHS negatives. Phone contact poor - clearly just a secretary in office with no management available. And documentation had wrong test/result dates.

SCAM!!!!! WHAT A WASTE OF MY MONEY AND TIME. would give zero stars if i could. I used "NOWTEST" for my day 2 and 8 day test kits once arriving in the UK which never arrived. When i tried to follow it up they had never even sent it, provided me with any shipping info and then became uncontactable. When I asked for a refund they never responded or gave me my money back. They are taking advantage of multiple people and essentially stole from me. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Rubbish service. My wife had to self isolate for 15 days because of the delay in their reply. when I complaint, they replied they did not guarantee their services in their terms and conditions. Such companies must be withdrawn from the market and fined for cheating so many customers that even BBC reported on their bad services

Despite ordering our kits one week prior to arrival, Our day 2 & 8 kits arrived on days 5 & 12. Our result's came back on day 8 and 14. Customer service was an automated response. Plus, I opted in for day 5 release testing with a different company, but couldn't take the test on day 5 without having my day 2 negative result back! A poor service that wasted my money (day 5 test cost), time, delayed my quarantine and didn't deliver what they promised. When I put in a complaint, they said because they did eventually deliver the tests, they'd done what they said they would, plus they would be charged by the labs for kits, so they won't be giving me any money back... as I'm assuming that would mean they would be loosing out and we can't be having that.

Signed up for day 2 and day 8 test. They sent the day 2 test on day 5 and the result came out on Day 7. Then they sent day 10 test kit on day 10 with results arriving on day 13 enforcing me to get a test from other vendor and to quarantine longer than 10 days. On complaining and telling that I don't need the day 2 test result anymore as I got it from somewhere else they agreed to a partial refund after much convincing. Then they keep confirming the refund has been made. 2 weeks later they said refund was not made as the service was provided. This is one of the most terrible companies I have worked with in my life. No integrity. I have raised a dispute for partial refund with my credit card company. Avoid Now test.

Yet another "Zero Star" review. Day 2 arrived on time but it is now 11 days later and the day 8 test still hasn't arrived. So stuck at home, much twiddling of thumbs, wondering what to do especially as new job starts on Tuesday and should be in person. The customer service department have clearly upped their game as emails are at least responded to. The latest one recommended "ring the Government". You can't make it up! I know our PM's number is apparently available on the internet but doesn't he have other stuff to deal with right now? I am demanding a full refund and will continue to ask for it on a daily basis until I receive it.

They refuse to provide refunds, just go ahead and dispute the credit card charge if you didn't get what you paid for. Even if it isn't successful, vendors with too many disputes are ditched by the credit card companies. Please repeat the same message in your review so it gets to enough people. Day 2 tests arrived on day 3 with instructions that rendered them unusable. Absolutely no response to my questions from support until day 9, when the samples were standing for 6 days and were expired. Day 8 didn't arrive until after the 10 days isolation period was over. When I did manage to get them, they were pretending to try and help, but ended up being evasive and my refund request ended up with them blaming me. They are running in my opinion a questionable operation where you pay up-front and get about nothing, and they take no responsibility.

Like many others if I could leave zero stars I would. outrageously appalling service. They clearly have no facilities to provide tests on day two and day eight as required by the government conditions. Therefore the service is a complete waste of time and money and we are forced to charge to pay Β£170 for the privilege which I did for myself and three members of my family making a very considerable sum. I now intend to bring a small claim in the County Court for my money back from these utter cowboys. People like this profiteering from a pandemic are really the lowest of the low.The reply from NowTest is wholly misleading. The day 2 test results came through on day 21 yes day 21! Day 8 tests did not arrive until after quarantine had finished. They refused a refund saying they donβt offer any certainty as to when test results come back. How absurd when offering day 2 and 8 tests....Shameless and zero customer care. In fact they just donβt care. At all.

I asked for a refund on the day after I ordered it because I no longer needed it. They didn't respond until after day 2 had already been delivered, saying they couldn't give a refund because the tests had left the warehouse. The day 8 test didn't arrive until day 11 when I was already back at work. Not answering any emails. Government approved scam.

Ordered Day 2 and Day 8 Covid-19 tests. Never arrived. I contacted them on Day 3 and Day 9 of quarantine, got no answer to this day. Contacted them again on Day 11 requesting a full refund (14 days ago), haven't received a refund nor an answer back. Absolutely terrible service and company, stay away from it. Edit (12/05/2021): Answer to NowTest Reply. After reading NowTest's reply I was extremely disappointed. Not only did they not reply to any of my emails (Refund emails included) till TODAY, they still have the audacity of answering to my review stating I was "Responded to on the 16th of April". I stand by my intitial review and add; stay as far away from this company as possible. It is not to be trusted under any circumstances!
