Certificate was not generated alongside my test results. Also it seems that this company doesn’t sell tests anymore; my guess is their platform (and customer service) will steadily decline from here. Just another company trying to make a quick buck from the pandemic.

Economy Covid Self test kit
In some places Covid Self test kit costs around £15, how ever the kits which I got it from Now Test was for £5, its easy to use and with self explanatory instructions.

Don't use them
I arrived to London Sunday 28th of March. I received my day 2 test on time on the 30th but did not received my result until the 17th of April i.e 18 days after sending back the test. The result is supposed to come back in 48 hours. My day 8 test should have arrived on the 5th of April but it only arrived on the 9th i.e. after finishing my self-isolation time. I have not taken that test as it arrived late and given it takes 18 days to get a result is quite useless. I asked for a refund given I have not received the service I paid for but has been rejected as they say they don't guarantee any timings. Getting a test result after 18 days is unacceptable and useless. If they don't have the platform and logistics in place to provide and guarantee the service they should not offer it. I never write any reviews but I would really recommend not to use Nowtest.

Day 2, 5 and 8 Tests
I used Now Test for the day 2, 5 and 8 tests for my husband when he returned to the UK. The day 2 went like clockwork with the result returned very quickly. The day 5 took a little longer as it was a bank holiday and Royal Mail delayed delivery. I felt it was a more personal service and it is so much cheaper than many other testing companies.

Wish I could give them a minus 10 they are the worst company and scammers out there on top of causing me so much anxiety and stress and not providing the tests on time and then apparently loosing the one I did send back. I’ve been chasing this company for a full refund after several emails and phone calls saying people will call you back which they never did they sent a email that they not giving me a refund after nearly 2 months what a joke why take on this process if your logistics can’t handle it it’s a big joke #stayawayfromnowtest #nowtestacammers So a woman from the refund department sent me a email to say what nothing you are just scammers saying I’m threatening them so I’m the only one with the same opinion of your company your on 92% darling don’t worry give it another 2 weeks you will be on 100% they won’t have space on trustpiot to leave anymore bad feedback

Daylight robbery. Pure Rip-Off. DON'T BUY THIS TEST
My daughter travelled from Poland to the UK on 2/4/21 and was returning to her University in Poland on 6/4/21. We explained before she departed that she was only coming for 4 days, however they insisted that we buy a day 2and 8 test and that we could claim day 8 money back if she return on the 6th. I spoke to a Nowtest representative on the 5th and also told them that the day 2 test was still not with us. She told me if the test was already dispatched, they couldn't refund. The day 2 test however only arrived on the 7th, a day after my daughter returned to Poland. It couldn't have been dispatched already on the 5th. The day 8 test arrived on Saturday 10/4/21, despite me trying to contact Nowtest and also after I've send several emails to support and refunds respectively. Both tests arrived after my daughter returned, yet Nowtest is ignoring my emails and never returned phone calls as well. I was left out of pocket paying for a useless service which is profiting from unsuspecting travelers in the name of the Covid-19 pandemic. Please don't even consider buying their tests.
