Yet another "Zero Star" review
Yet another "Zero Star" review. Day 2 arrived on time but it is now 11 days later and the day 8 test still hasn't arrived. So stuck at home, much twiddling of thumbs, wondering what to do especially as new job starts on Tuesday and should be in person. The customer service department have clearly upped their game as emails are at least responded to. The latest one recommended "ring the Government". You can't make it up! I know our PM's number is apparently available on the internet but doesn't he have other stuff to deal with right now? I am demanding a full refund and will continue to ask for it on a daily basis until I receive it.
