I could have given zero stars if possible, I'm ordered sim twice setup a direct debit, called them twice on their pathetic helpline number, with a wait of more than half hour. Still got no solution with no incoming and outgoing facility on my phone. I am so angry on myself that i taught to become their customer.

Again, problems. no one is answering e-mails, no one is answering chat...nothing. They get the money, then they go silent. Worst service ever. I have been using this esim for few days, then deleted it. Then i have been charged again for another month (almost30euros) Im trying to get a refund back as that esim was already deleted..no one answers.

Worst customer service. Waited for an hour to talk to a staff but could not. The app is even worst. I tried to pay my bill through the app, it keeps shutting me down. Need to improve a lot on the service. It doesn't pick up signal if you are inside a building, have to come to the road to get signal. This is not good on the overall performance.

This is a rubbish network and I would advise anyone if you are thinking about getting this network don't. It will be the worst mistake you've ever made! I got a contract and at first all was great and them a few months in all of a sudden I was able to make phone calls and look at and send emails or the internet and then it all just stopped, I could only do one or the other and I informed them and they blamed the phone manufacturers as my phone is made by Google I contacted them and they ran through everything with me and said no all is good and I had no issues before or with my previous provider. More importantly I've had issues connecting (making and receiving phone calls) I needed to speak to my doctors surgery urgently and my phone just wouldn't connect, in the end I had to drive there but this was not an isolated incident and I have connected them almost every time and nothing no help just we will look into it. Once I was left with no coverage data or phone for almost 72 hours no apology no explanation nothing. If that's what you're looking for in a network then by all means get a contract with them but if not well AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID Lyca a why are you responding and pretending that you don't know what's been going on and the issues that I have raised with you play dumb somewhere else! Not sure why Lyca responded like this as they are fully aware and have told me that they have investigated and they can see that I can use my data and I can also make telephone calls as they can see that I have usage on both. However, that does not show that I can use both at the same time. I've also sent them a video to support the fact that this can't be done and the fact that I had no connection for 72 hours they are fully aware of and when my phone cannot connect and I cannot make telephone calls. They are aware of this also because I reported it almost every incident that it happened and nothing they responded with nothing. This is why I'm putting it on this review website that no one else has to go through what I have been through. AVOID AVOID AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I had subscribed to Lyca's unlimited data plan. Last weekend the service just stopped. There was a good 5G connection, but no internet. I spent almost an hour on hold to a call center in India, only to be told by an abrupt lady, that I had exceeded my data allowance and the service was blocked. I had to email someone to get it reinstated. So, my unlimited data service was not unlimited at all. Instead of playing their games, I have now ditched Lyca and gone back to Smarty. I was on the verge of signing up for Lyca's 2-year plan, which would have reduced my costs, but it's a good job that I didn't. A lucky escape. To add insult to injury, they had just taken £25 for a month's connection, just before cutting me off. There's no sign of that being refunded, but at least I've blocked future payments.
